Great neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed, clean. The host was helpful and responsive. This is a great location, walking distance to coffee/cafe shop, and beach access. We look forward to staying here again

It was very difficult to find this property. The directions were not very clear. The televisions did not work. There was no directions on how to use the Internet or the cable for the television. There was no ice in the refrigerator. The ice trays were not filled, and even though the refrigerator has water and ice Dispenser those weren't picked up. Beautiful fireplace, which is not available to be used. We were expected the owners lived above us, but they didn't turn the lights on for us to find the place. Opportunities:1. Better instructions on finding the place.2. Make the fireplace user-friendly.3. Have the ice trays in the refrigerator replaced with ice trays that aren't broken and filled with water to be ready to use.

Our 4 night stay was great, with the apartment being very clean, well furnished, and spacious. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood, with a bakery a couple of blocks away and yards full of flowers and loaded fruit trees.

Comfortable bed and great shower. The owner was responsive to our needs. We were there for a long stay (17 days) and needed additional kitchenware which was provided the same day. The location was 4 out of 5 - nice residential neighborhood with views of the Olympics and bay. Easy access to Golden Gardens Park. No grocery store in the neighborhood. For a long stay not having a dishwasher or clothes washer and dryer was an inconvenience. The refrigerator bins needed cleaning. It was a bit over priced for a small two person limit.

This cozy 1-bedroom is secluded near the bluffs of Ballard and provides easy access to all of Seattle. The place was quiet, comfortable and clean in a residential neighborhood just west of the tiny culinary intersection at 32nd Ave and 65th St. Highly recommended if you plan to be out of your lodgings most of the time as there are no views from inside and no outdoor space on the property. Not set up for entertaining but great base camp!

We are traveling across the country as a retirement gift to ourselves and wanted to stay in Ballard for a few days because my cousin lives there. It was a quick trip to downtown Seattle and elsewhere for sightseeing. The rental was very hard to find…couldn’t use the actual address as there was no way to get to the front of the property…had to enter from the back yard and alleyway. It says in description there is parking but is street parking! The shower didn’t have anti-slip mats or strips so we both slipped a few times. Only thing to complain about though. Overall it met our needs…it was quiet and comfortable.

Clean-freshly redone apt. Super comfy bed. Great bathroom. A printed up version of rules about check out etc would have been nice and also a tad more signage to help us find it!

Fantastic location, safe and all amenities that typically a hotel would provide were made available. Overall rating and experience - 4 stars (Good).Few things to note -1. Internet reception overall was okay, had to use my hotspot to remain connected but the cell reception in the area also remained spotty.2. Could have been better cleaned e.g. we found a lot of pet hairs on the sofa, carpet, etc. We had to keep cleaning our clothes and esp our little one playing in the area. We had to be extra careful and avoid any potential allergies.

The property was very accommodating. Comfortable bed and accommodating bathroom. There was no TV, so I was unable to get any local news for whether Would have loved to have some outdoor seating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay Thank you

It’s an apartment in a basement, but it’s been beautifully redone and is not dark. There’s plenty of sunlight coming in. Very nice place for a couple to spend a weekend. There is a kitchen, but the only table is in the living room. The place is best for people who want to eat out. We really liked the neighborhood and we were able to walk to an overlook to see the sound.

I stayed there with my wife for three nights. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect and need. It is short distance from the shore which can be seen from the street level. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the kitchen equipment and utensils you need to cook if you want to! Parking was available on the street for free for the three days we stayed. It is only 15-20 minute drive to Downton Seattle. I highly recommend Top Banana Fresh produce seller at the end of the street, where we purchased the tastiest cherries and apricots I have ever had in the US.

Great quiet location. Close to some restaurants & coffee shop. Clean & comfortable for my husband & I. The owner responded quickly to our needs. Although we did not stay inside much we did enjoy our stay there & would come back again. If you’re an Elks club member it’s very close to the Elks lodge on the shore of Shilshole Bay.

This is a rare find that we'd definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seattle. The place is a beautiful clean and modern apartment located in a basement, full kitchen with a gas range and pet friendly. The place is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle to live like a local. You can take a walk to the marina to Golden Gardens beach, take the bus to downtown (the elusive 17x express or walk to the 40 bus on 24th Ave), walk to the Ballard locks or explore the brewery district. One block away from a cute corner with a coffee shop/restaurant and bars. Very close to Fremont (some POI: Troll, Gas Works Park, Lenin Statue). Also, the hosts are great! They provided us with everything we needed and beyond. Thanks!

This is a quiet and private space within blocks of bars, restaurants, cafes, . . . We went for a run every morning and found the neighborhood well-kept and frequent views of the water lovely.
