Comfy King Bed Retreat, Downtown, 2 BRMs, AC!

Walking Distance to downtown was great, 4 blocks. The property is connected to another apartment and you could hear the other occupants when you were in the kitchen area, but other than this, it’s a very quiet property and very comfortable. It was also nice having parking on the property.

Location was great but the house was split into multiple rentals and let’s just say you could hear everything the Nebior’s said and did.The beds are terrible way past needing replacement, the floors are so sloped that you feel like you could fall over. If you are staying in flagstaff look elsewhere unless this is the only available property and then consider a hotel

I Loved That This House Was Not Far The Restaurant's, Grocery stores & The Freeways. I Loved The Home It Was Very Nice & Clean. My Room Was Great & I Slept Like A King. My Family Enjoyed The Coffee With Creamer In The Fridge. I Liked The Grill & The Fully Stocked Kitchen. Bathroom Was Small.

Host was informative and responsive, beds were very comfortable, and the place was very clean and nicely decorated! The best part was the close proximity to downtown Flagstaff! Easy walking!

Vintage home in close proximity to everything with all the amenities you need. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, easy walking distance to the center of downtown. Flagstaff is a wonderful city with a great downtown. We couldn't have found more convenientand quiet location.

The house is clean and cute. Communication from property manager was great. Will say I think some more information should be given about the rules and quiet hours before booking. The bedroom with the compass matress was pretty hard so we didnt sleep great. We were able to switch pillows which did help some. Great location and cool older building but because it was older the floors are definitely not level. Also a little weird that the bathroom is in the kitchen/living room. Freezer doesnt close all the way either.

The space was a little smaller than expected. Both bedroom doors had to stay open in order to feel the A/C, and when shut, the rooms got stuffy. The pillows weren’t the most comfortable either. You do share a wall with the tenant next door—he seemed to be gone most of the time, so it wasn’t a big issue, but the noises were audible (my kids are early risers, so I hope it wasn’t more of an issue for him!).That said, the location was excellent—we were able to walk downtown easily and explore, and parking was simple with clear instructions. We were in town for my son’s soccer tournament, so we didn’t spend a ton of time at the property. Overall, we had a great stay, but I would’ve liked a slightly bigger space for the price.

While there isn't perfect, this was perfect for us. Our first time in Flagstaff, so we didn't spend much time indoors. We were out exploring most of the day. But it was nice to come back and relax in a space we had room to spread out. It's close to downtown for shopping & restaurants.

Unit was as advertised. Beds were great. Bathroom was small, but all new and the shower was awesome. Location could not have been better.

Floor was a little trippy but GREAT location. You can hear neighbors as I am sure they could hear us too just to be aware of for both sides or you have anxiety with full energy kids who wake up early.

The location was great, we enjoyed walking right into downtown. The apartment was exactly what we needed space-wise: big bedrooms, nice bathroom, cozy kitchen/livingroom. That being said, when we were in the apartment, the tenants on the other half of the house and what I have to assume are their 15 children are horribly loud. Quiet hours for us were 9pm-8am, but no sooner than 6:30am did the screaming, stomping and jumping start from the child(ren) upstairs. It doesn’t stop until bedtime. We had no opportunity to rest/relax or sleep in, which would have been preferable on our vacation. Other than that, it would have been a five star stay.

Great location within walking distance from all kinds of cool restaurants and bars. We mostly came for the Grand Canyon but the great location pulled us in to the community. Highly recommended!

Great place. A little noise coming in from the adjoining property but earplugs were provided.

Much smaller than described in the listing. Access to place is through laundry area. Other people were doing laundry at 10pm keeping us up. You don’t feel very secure that’s for sure.

Great location to explore Flagstaff whilst not being so far from the Grand Canyon. Characterful home with great decor and attention to detail making it feel very welcoming. Would recommend!

The unit was clean, extremely well stocked and in a great location!! Highly recommend, however, internet is not strong so working with video calls might be an issue; we used our phone hot spots, so that was an easy work-around. Also, owner is quick to respond, and we would definitely rent again!!

Everything went as planned. Very neat and clean. Perfectly acceptable as a place to stay for a couple of days. We were there for a wedding and didn't get to stay longer. Would rent again.
