Stayed Nov 5, 2025Very peaceful location but also a quick 5-10 min drive to anything you may need. The place was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. The host was also very responsive! Definitely would be back.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Great location and property. I stayed with my SO and parents. Beautiful patio area with fantastic view of the mountains and wildflowers. It was great sitting in the hot tub enjoying the views and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. 15 minute drive to the Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025We enjoyed our stay here (my husband and two children (4 and 1). We were close to everything in Asheville and this was a pretty part of town we hadn't seen before. The outdoor area was really nice and had a pretty view to wake up to every morning!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The rental was beautiful, the views were fantastic, and the owner was helpful and let us check in early. We had a fantastic stay in Asheville, the rental was close to most of what we did. There were a lot of unexpected conveniences like coffee and half and half cups and beach towels. We enjoyed a fire pit and got lots of use out of the hot tub. Everything was clean and well maintained. We’ll be back I’m sure!

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Wonderful place. So close to Asheville but view of mountains/greenery! Hot tub at night under the stars. Great restaurants not too far. A wonderful day at the Biltmore. Great weekend and beautiful place.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024We had a nice stay in Asheville. It's a great location with fantastic views on a quiet street. The owner lives upstairs to help with any needs, but we enjoyed the outdoor space as the interior is a bit small- the outdoor patio more than makes up for it. We loved it here and would recommend it as a nice place to stay for anyone looking to be close to downtown Asheville but get a mountain side experience.
