It is two blocks from historic downtown Livingston, has a beautifully landscaped yard and BBQ for use by renter. The yard is shared with the owner, who lives in a home on the front of the property. Within walking distance to the Yellowstone River, and 50 miles from the northern entrance to Yellowstone Nation

The bed was super cozy, and the outdoor space was ideal for relaxing after a day out. We especially appreciated the off-street parking, which made things so easy.Our hostess was friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely welcome. You can tell she truly cares about the guest experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — already planning to come back!

Stayed Sep 11, 2023Had a little bit of an issue finding it but thank goodness for gps! Maybe a sign by the gravel driveway?!? Becca was very accommodating! The place was very clean and comfortable! Totally recommend it. All in all… very happy with our stay!

Stayed Aug 16, 2023We very much enjoyed our stay in downtown Livingston. The studio was large enough for our 3 night stay and had all the kitchen equipment for our light meal needs as we dined out for lunch and dinner. Livingston has long been a favorite for us and we were able to visit bars and eating spots as well as get up to Yellowstone for some fly fishing during our stay.

Stayed Aug 7, 2023This little place is within walking distance of almost anything you could want to do in Livingston. It's not big, but a perfect size for me and my wife (and Ruby, our dog!). Cozy and comfortable.

Stayed Jun 27, 2023At the last minute we needed extra places for family to stay. The owner was quick to respond and the studio was on available the next day. She checked in with us to make sure everything was in order. The studio was just as advertised It was clean and decorated nicely. One of the biggest pluses was it was pet friendly. Having a vase of flowers on the counter to greet was the cherry on top.
