It is also only a short drive away from the family friendly Jomtien Beach which has a wide range of fantastic restaurants, cafes and the Jomtien Night Market where you can buy a wide variety of delicious food and clothing/accessories.

Hello dear friends, welcome to Jomtien. Laguna Beach Resort 3 Maldives is a brand new resort style condo with huge swimming pool and beautiful landscape as well as a gym. It's close to Pattaya Jomtien beach within 2 km.

Our room is a 27m2 studio at 8th floor, facing partial pool with cityscape at far distance, you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. We offer fully equipped kitchen and living utilities, suitable for people looking for a quite and peaceful holiday.

The space

Inside the room:
-The living space includes wardrobes, double bed, dinner table and chairs
-We have a flat screen TV with cable channels in various languages.
-The apartment has 2 air conditioners and wifi.
-There is a balcony with a table and chair to enjoy the sunshine and drink a cup of coffee.
-You can cook with fully equipped facilities, include fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave and hotplate. Grab some fresh ingredients from the supermarket and try some local recipes ;)
-In-house washing machine. We want to save your time and effort going to the laundry if you stay long, you may find you will sweat a lot in Thailand.
-Water and electricity fee are included for those staying within one week, but help save the energy when you are not in the room.

At the Resort:
-Pool and gym from early morning to 9pm, get a lot exercise!
-Children's playground in the community, feel free to roll and run around.

Surrounding:
-Bring a beach mat, lay on the beach and go step on the sea~
-Take a boat to Koh Larn Island, go diving and say hi to the fish~
-Try some Thai restaurant and coffee shop along the beach and make some friends~

Other things to note

The brand new resort still has some touch up work finishing or new tenant moving, may have some construction noise during day time and still can see the temporary construction shelters outside the window.
