The apartment is located inside a luxurious residence-style condominium, with caretaker and possibility of loading and unloading cars for a maximum stay of 15 minutes. Each area of the condominium is taken care of down to the smallest detail, with high quality materials.

The apartment consists of a living area with living room which includes both the space dedicated to the kitchen and the sofa bed which becomes a double bed if necessary. The sofa bed mattress is 130 cm wide.
