Quietly arranged on the 2nd floor of a modern, 8-unit apartment building, this air-conditioned escape features a light-filled open-plan living space that's furnished with a large corner sofa, a dining table and a flatscreen TV. This space also incorporates a small kitchen that's equipped with a drip coffee machine, a cooker hob and a fridge.

The apartment is situated in Vrsar, a small coastal town on Croatia’s Istrian Peninsula. Known for its picturesque old town, clear Adriatic waters, and inviting island-dotted coastline. Orsera Beach is a 20-minute walk / 5-minute drive and the old town centre, a 15-minute walk.

Visitors can also head to the port (a 6-minute drive) and enjoy a boat trip to the Brijuni National Park or through Lim Bay. Other popular excursions include a trip to explore the historic streets of Rovinj (a 35-minute drive) and Poreč (a 17-minute drive), or explore the region’s renowned wine and olive oil routes (Casanova Wines & Olive Oil winery is just an 11-minute drive).
