Stayed Aug 13, 2025Property good location on beach. But property heavily advertised the ability for outdoor dining and using the barbecue. This doesn’t exist… we contacted the owners but was just advised that it wasn’t in use ( and doesn’t look like it has ever been).Property needs some basic repairs… shower screen, new pillows, not enough bowls, glasses etc. ground bedroom damp

Stayed Apr 5, 2025We were told we could check in until 20:00. Due to a mix up about the address (the address is in Pisa, not Livorno, and the same address in Livorno is nearly ten miles from the actual apartment) we took much longer to get to the Vrbo than we had originally told the property manager. We did, however, finally get the correct location and got a taxi to the address with an arrival at 19:45. We were then told by the property manager that she had had a long day and she was not willing to meet up and we would just have to make other arrangements. In addition, once we had found another place to stay for the night, I got a text from her that we COULD stay at the Vrbo, but we needed 50 euro cash. We were already in our new hotel by that time. The entire process was inhospitable and we were made to feel like a major inconvenience to the manager. Would never stay here again, despite a very nice apartment and great location.
