Coco Sands Villas Unit 1

Beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and very nice. Had a little trouble getting in with the video given. But help arrived soon after and new code was given.

Very Clean, comfortable unit; very close to cruise terminal that we were leaving from. And good eating places along the way

We stayed here for one night as we were boarding on a cruise the next day. This place is close to the port and is perfect

We had booked a fishing trip, and the location was perfect. My husband and and I stayed with our 2 grown sons, so the house was very small but cozy. Because the weather was gloomy, we spent more time inside than planned. There were plenty of options for eating out nearby, and the small kitchen had everything we needed.spent more time inside

Great location to watch launches at Cape Canaveral. Rooms were clean. Retro motif was interesting and well done.

Perfect little villa. Love how we can park right next to our place. Beds were comfortable. Loved them theme. Safe neighborhood.

This was such a fun little place! My daughters and I stayed a couple days before our cruise. So close to the port and Disney! Would definitely stay again!

Pros- loved the decor, everything was very clean, beach towels were amazing, the bath towels were so soft, loved the suncare items left for us to use, girls loved the bunk beds, very close to main road and plenty of things to do, safe neighborhood, plenty of space for all 4 of us! Owners were quick to respond! Cons- we have 3 girls and 1 guy in our family, there is only 1 mirror, so it was tough getting ready, id recommend adding another mirror to use. Thin walls, we could hear everything in the bedroom to the apartment next door. Didn’t ruin anything for us though, we’d definitely stay again! Lastly, we got in very late, it was a bit hard trying to find the door, ? so I had to turn on my phone flashlight and walked around shining it on all the doors, ? but we found it! Overall, we will definitely stay here again!!!

We were going on a weekend cruise and needed a place. The location was great, close to were we needed to go. The accomodations were exactly as discribed on the site. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We needed somewhere to stay until we boarded our cruise the following day. It was the perfect location to stay with all the traffic the rocket launch going on. The beds were cozy and everything was nice and clean.
