Enjoy a shared pool, lounge chairs, BBQ area, outdoor seating, WiFi, and assigned parking spot (no oversized cars). Perfect for small families, couples, or friends seeking sun, fun, and relaxation.

The space
This top-floor end unit offers extra privacy and a peaceful retreat aftera day of sun and sand. Relax with seating right outside your door, or enjoy the smart TV with cable and streaming options indoors.

The kitchenette includes a 4.3 cu. ft. fridge, coffee maker, air fryer, waffle maker, microwave, and essential cookware—perfect for preparing simple meals.

Please Note:
⚫️ Bed linens and towels are not provided—guests must bring their own. (Available for rentals via Wildwood Rental Supply)
⚫️ There is no elevator access; the unit is accessible by stairs.

After a day at the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower before taking a dip in the seasonal heated pool or firing up the grill in the shared BBQ area.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to enjoy all the amenities such as the shared pool, BBQ area, and decks to catch some sun rays. Only guests in the booking are permitted to use amenities. Pool is seasonal, open 10am-8pm.

Other things to note
• After confirmation of booking, renters will be required to fill out a rental agreement sent digitally back to host.
• To help you settle in, we provide a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels.
• Per HOA regulations, primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Bookings are non-transferable which means the primary renter also MUST REMAIN present on the property for the duration of their stay. No pets allowed – no exceptions.
• Sunflower Beach Club’s property is monitored 24/7 on sundecks, pools, and parking areas.
