Stayed Mar 8, 2025Location was ideal and view of the ocean was beautiful. However, communication lacked transparency. We booked this property specifically because of the location and pool however surprise to us upon arriving- the building and surrounding areas were under renovation and the pool was closed the entire time during our stay. A huge bummer seeing as we booked this property specifically because of the location and pool. I value honesty and transparency especially when it comes to someone’s money. Spend your money elsewhere.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023We were happy with our stay at this resort. It was super clean, had all of the amenities we wanted, and very close to Seaside. My husband, two daughters (13 & 5) stayed at the resort. It was the perfect size for a long week-end stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This condo is in the perfect location in Luau II as it is on the first floor with easy access to the elevator, lobby and resort amenities! The patio overlooks the pool/hot tub and is in the best location for sunset views. It is also just around the corner from the gas grills, which we used every night. And you are in position to be on the beach in under five minutes! The condo itself is spacious and could easily accommodate four people. There is a king sized bed that is very comfortable and a queen pullout couch (which we did not use since it was just me and my wife). The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge and sink (no stove but there is a 2-burner hot plate if you want to cook), and was fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses and silverware. The patio has two chairs and a table for you to use if you want to eat outside, plus there is a table and two chairs inside the condo as well. From our first encounter with the owner until we left the resort we were thoroughly impressed! She was very responsive and answered every question we had to the best of her ability. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be back in the future!
