Stayed May 30, 2025- Smelly garbage bag hanging from front railings - Front door half kicked in - Safety key box hidden amongst ivy- Grubby entrance hall- Both doors difficult to unlock- What looked like blood on bathroom wall- Half used toiletries left in bathroom- Exposed carpet gripper - cut daughter’s foot- Thin industrial carpets- Bedroom throw disgusting, tattered and in need of a wash- No obvious sign of a fire extinguisher/blanket- Bedding scruffy and cheap- Wardrobe cluttered- Sofa bed and bedding covered in brown and red stains- Kitchen blind faulty, wouldn’t stay up, couldn’t sleep on sofa bed due to stains and light coming through- Kitchen equipment especially water filter old and worn, not appealing too use
