Close 2 the beach, away from crowds

This place was amazing! Clean, all of the amenities were accurate as described and everything was well supplied! Location was INCREDIBLE! Great communication with host. We will definitely be back!

Lovely property with a great location and a wonderful host!

The place was very clean and very well set-up- everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of bath towels, beach stuff (chairs, towels- we didn’t use them but appreciated they were there). Wonderful location- on street parking was always available yet only about 5 blocks from the ocean. Another highlight is the second floor balcony- it’s not an ocean view but the air is fresh, trees and sky, drinking coffee as the fog slowly burns off- makes for a lovely morning! Recommend bringing coffee and sugar; we always do and were glad we did. Host was very responsive and proactive- checked in with us to make sure all was well. Check in and check out could not have been easier. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay. We wish we would have stayed longer! Accommodations are super comfortable, absolutely everything we could ever need. The neighborhood is amazing! A great place to walk the dog. The location to the beach and downtown is perfect! Close enough to everything and yet still quiet, safe, and restful. We truly enjoyed the 2nd story balcony and the great courtyard with the BBQ. The Property Manager is friendly, responsive, and thorough. This was the perfect winter retreat! We will be back!

Rental was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Located in a great spot within waking distance to many things. Lance was a great host!

Nice location

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. It's a nicely kept 2 bedroom apartment in a great neighborhood that is a short walk from the beach. The owner, Lance, is super easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Close to the pier and all the shopping/restaurants, but home is in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was always available when we had questions. Kitchen was well stocked for light cooking, ie breakfast. It was very comfy and cozy. Truly a home away from home.

This was our second time staying at the property. Apartment is the perfect size and in a great location. We enjoyed both our visits and when we return will definitely stay again!
