Stayed Sep 17, 2025The place was just as was posted! Exceptional! Erin was so kind to work together with us. She allowed us in early the first day- then we did our best to return very quietly after the Red Sox game. I would absolutely recommend staying there to anyone visiting Boston!!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024The space was clean and spacious. Location is convenient to T (Green Line) and Dining. There are a few steps to get up to the space. If you have some health conditions that makes it hard for steps, you should ask about it but not a detractor for most. Host was a great communicator. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024The property was exactly as described. Worked perfectly for our family of 4 who came to explore Boston for the first time. We didn't have a car but the subway access was great and Uber'd a few times without issue. We attended a game at Fenway and spent the majority of our time exploring downtown Boston. The place was clean, comfortable and communication with the owners was excellent. Would stay here again.

Stayed May 21, 2024Erin's place is spacious, bright, clean, comfortable, well-designed. It was a wonderful base of operations for my family of 4 while in town for a graduation. Grocery stores nearby, and plenty of other of little places we didn't have time to explore. The nearby bus and the T stops were key for getting around. Erin was responsive and helpful!
