Clean, Quiet 2 Bdrm near Provo w/ Direct Access to City Park

My family and I enjoyed it! My kids enjoyed the fact that the park was literally a few steps away. The location was very nice and close to places to eat and shop. It was very clean and cozy.

Great cozy place

Great home. We had a communication issue and could not get in when we arrived but worked things out. Super clean, quiet neighborhood, and great for the 2-3 days we were there.

Host was so attentive and great communication. Basement apartment was a great space. The main bedroom had a super comfy bed and the pillows were amazing. The location was perfect for me and close to family I was visiting.

It's a lovely basement apartment. Everything was thoughtfully laid out, well-decorated and smartly presented. Absolutely lovely. S short drive to downtown Promo, mountainside out front, and a warm, cozy and comfy flat. The shower was great too - nice water pressure and consistent temperature. The only negative is the same problem with pretty much every VRBO in the area - they're all converted basements in someone's house. No matter how nice the space, you're still going to hear the people walking around upstairs. And so it was here, and it woke me up in the morning despite bringing my rain machine to make white noise. So be aware that this can happen, and maybe bring earplugs if you think that might be an issue for you. But the actual place is top-notch and it was a lovely experience.

We absolutely loved the space! Very clean, thoughtful and comfortable for our entire family while here for a soccer showcase. The location near the mountains is beautiful and the park access from the backyard was such a nice added bonus. We will for sure recommend to friends and book again if we come back to the area! :)

Wonderful Property. We loved our stay at Parkside Haven. The park adjacent to the back yard was very nice. Wife commented that this was the cleanest property we have stayed in. Host and check-in process was efficient and easy. We will return to again to Parkside Haven!

Kathleen was an organized and very communicative host. She made staying with a toddler and other family easy with all of the children’s toys and books. It was the perfect size property for my family and we frequented the basically brand new park that’s right behind the property. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back next year!

We loved this adorable VRBO. Location was great. The space was perfect for me and my sisters. We loved the little town and enjoyed a couple meals minutes from the apartment. Also loved the easy access from the backyard to the park. The apartment was so clean! Loved the thoughtful amenities!

Parkside Haven is a perfect place to stay when visiting the Provo/Springville/Spanish Fork region. I was in town for The Chosen, and Kathleen's home was a convenient drive to Goshen, while providing a comfortable place to unwind each night and get ready for the next day. The kitchen was just right for preparing easy meals and I LOVED the quick access to the park just outside the back gate. It allowed for an early morning or evening walk during a busy day. Kathleen is a lovely hostess and was very helpful to me. The apartment is set up nicely and is spotless. I hope to return next year and would love to stay here again. I highly recommend Parkside Haven. Kathleen recommended Ginger's Cafe in Springville, and that turned out to be one of my very favorite places to eat. It was quite popular among our group. Thank you, Kathleen, for all of your help!

Nice place in a beautiful setting. We liked Springville, good timing, lots of flowering trees. We'll be back on out next western roadtrip.

The location was beautiful. Very nice place and clean. Very easy to communicate with the host when needed. We will most definitely be staying here again. Could not have found a better place to stay in or around Springville Utah.

Everything was wonderful, clean, and exactly what was advertised. The host was attentive and also gave us our space. The park connected to the backyard was a lovely surprise.

Great location for our quick post Christmas visit with family. Spacious basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood setting yet convenient to shopping and freeway to neighboring towns. Clean and well stocked. Kathleen was easy to contact. Great stay!
