Centrally located. Off street parking. Easy to find using GPS. Very clean, every amenity you could possibly want or need. The host is a consummate professional, warm, friendly, personable, and a wealth of information.

Excelent place to stay. Plenty of room to take the dog, very comfortable and management was very responsive.

This little studio was wonderful. It was very clean, had all the towels needed and dishes, etc. It's perfect for one or two people. The host was very friendly and checked with me to see if I needed anything. Instructions for how to get there were very clear. It was a wonderful experience.

Really enjoyed our wknd staying in the Cellar . Clean and perfect for our needs. Best of all, we were able to take our fur baby. The backyard is big and soooo nice to walk him around and look at the garden and further past the yard too. He saw squirrels and bunnies. He was happy and that of course, that made us happy. Antoinette and Cory are very warm and friendly people. We plan on going back next year!

The unit was more spacious than I expected. Very comfortable with everything we could wnat for the 2 of us.The hosts were very helpful, and available on site, but hey were not intrusive. The unit felt private. The proerty is also very nicely kept and is made available should we wish to enjoy it's amenities. The neighborhood is very near a private lake, and is an easy walk to view it(worth the short walk). I would stay here the next time we visit Loveland!

Great location near town, walked to lake in the mornings. Beautiful backyard gardens! Love the cute town of Loveland and also easy access to Estes Park and Fort Collins. Owners are great and place was clean and well stocked. I will definitely be back!

Cory and Annette's place was a great location for all I wanted to do in Colorado. It was centrally located to Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder and Fort Collins, all places I wanted to visit on my trip. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was very safe with food and a brewery within walking distance. I will definitely consider staying at this location on my next trip to Northern Colorado.

Lovely place, close to downtown. Perfect for a single, couple or even with a kiddo! Only recommendation, bring a clock ;-) Time escapes you. Property is gorgeous!

This was my first time at a VRBO and it was outstanding! So clean, quiet, secure. Everything we needed was right there. And the owners were so helpful when it was needed. Perfect for a parent with child or a couple. And the coffee bar was *chefs kiss*

Great location Loveland several lakes all around some within walking distance where you can watch a beautiful sun set. Very dog friendly. Wonderful Host friendly helpful, Respond quickly to any questions you may have. Nice quiet neighborhood Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was my two favorite things—cozy & clean. And it was so much more! The hosts were friendly and accommodating, the property had lovely gardens and outdoor spaces, and the location was fantastic.
