Clean! Pet friendly, New construction, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer-dryer

This was the easiest and loveliest stay I’ve had in a long time! The area was beautiful and it was easy to get to. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean, had everything and anything we needed and it was great to relax in after our long days on our feet! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

Everything a person would need was in the place. It was the best place I've ever stayed. Godly people own it and treat you right. My wife and I can't say enough about them. They are dog lovers and it shows. Both bedrooms had a built in dog kennels. Love the entire stay. The furniture was awesome and the beds were cozy, comfy. I didn't want to get up. We will be returning.Great people and. Great place to stay.

This cottage is like having a home away from home! We love it here and the host are wonderful people! Our two little dogs got so excited the second time we stayed here they feel right at home!

Property was so pet friendly. One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. It is so cute and comfortable. Felt like home. All the amenities are there! And the owners are fantastic

The house was very clean and wonderfully stocked. Our stay was very refreshing and our hosts were very accommodating. It is within a very easy drive into the town of Jonesborough, only about 5 minutes away. You would not regret spending some time in East Tennessee while staying here! Our two dogs very much enjoyed the time away with us.

What a great place and wonderful hosts! We were visiting our daughter at ETSU. The hosts are so welcoming and communication could not be more timely. All of this AND dog friendly! We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful hosts, clean house, beautiful area. The train was closer than expected and I was never informed that it would be going by at 1am, 4am, 6am, making an insane amount of noise for 5 minutes straight each time. We left two days early just so I could go somewhere I could get some sleep. The hosts were gracious, and I received a refund for the unused nights. But the hosts could have been more forthcoming about the train noise in the middle of the night, each night we were there.

EXCELLENT place to stay! Has everything you would need...A true home away from home. Great place if you are travelling with a dog or two...they get to have their very own little room...so well thought out by the host.The apartment was comfortable and felt so easy to relax in. Wonderful deck to enjoy the outdoor space. Close to downtown Jonesborough (a must see...lots of historical buildings...and such nice people!) Last but not least...the hosts are absolutely wonderful, so kind and quick to respond to any questions/needs. We highly recommend!

Wonderful stay with our dogs for a week. It is very close to train tracks and it took a couple days to get used to the sound. But very clean, comfortable and close to everything.

This place is outstanding in every way: layout, cleanliness, amenities, great hosts. We did not have a pet with us, but this is a great place for one’s pet too. Hope we can return.Phil & Eileen

We had a wonderful stay! Ken and Runae were aweseome hosts. Runae even drove to the neighborhood next door when she knew I was walking the dogs & it started pouring rain. They are very friendly, have a lot of extra items in the house in case you forget something. It was super clean. Love the built in dog kennels in each room. It was so nice to have two bathrooms! Everything was great with our stay! Will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. We locked ourselves out one day and the host was very kind and helpful. We will book this place again in the future.

The house and location was beautiful and perfect. I spent a week in Jonesborough house hunting. The house was in a great location to Main Street in town.

Four ladies taking a trip to Bristol to see the MLB Speedway Classic. This house was beyond perfect. Incredibly clean, everything was so comfortable, great showers, adorable decor. The hosts were so accommodating, responsive, and took care of any questions we had sometimes before we even asked them! Sadly, the event that we were in town to see was rained out on Saturday, and we were scheduled to leave on Sunday. Our host sent a text asking if we needed to stay Sunday night before it even occurred to me that that might be an option. Due to other obligations, we could not, but I felt that it was so thoughtful that the offer was made. Would I stay here again? 100% yes.

We were traveling for a softball tournament and could not have picked a better place to stay. The apartment was nicely decorated, very clean, and in close proximity to a very quaint downtown area. The hosts were super nice and easy to communicate with.

My adult daughter and I met up in Jonesborough for a weekend get-together. It was great. The house is well maintained, stocked with the latest in appliances and kitchenware. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are large and spacious. The owners were friendly and exceptional to work with... definitely recommend checking out The Conner House.

Excellent place to stay. It was so easy to work with the hosts & the place was spotlessly clean. The finish work on the rental unit was excellent...& we loved waking up to the sounds of country peace. We loved the quaint town & the beauty of the surrounding hills...& we had easy access to everything we needed. Our little doggie absolutely loved his room, too! VERY COMFORTABLE & VERY NICE...Perfect for us!peace

This little gem was perfect for my sister and I. You can see the owners were very intentional in their design and functionality of this home. The location is quiet in the country, and the trains that pass by add to the excitement of seeing and hearing them. The owners made the entire process of staying there easy, and were available should any needs arise. Each bedroom had their own bathroom which made our stay there feel like a 5 star hotel. Already looking forward to another visit!

This property is very clean and comfortable. There’s a well organized closet with all kinds of toiletries that's an unexpected and pleasant surprise and very handy. I love the fact that all of the linens, blankets, bed and bath rugs and towels are cotton. I especially enjoyed the nearby neighbor animal sounds of chickens and geese. It's just a lovely setting, something I now miss after returning home. Thanks very much.

We stayed here for one month while we were visiting family nearby. As remote workers the set up was great and the WiFi was fast and reliable.Kitchen is well stocked for home meal prep which I was happy to make use of. The beds and linens are super comfortable. Cleanliness was immaculate. Great water pressure. The reclining couches were so nice to relax in. There were also cleaning supplies which isn’t the norm for most rentals. Any small item you’d need they thought of it. We loved the location , right next to the quaint little hallmark town of Jonesborough, but close to main highways and shopping. Tranquil scenery surrounding the apt including a nice deck. The hosts were incredibly kind and checked in on a regular basis. We would love to stay here again when we are in the area.

We spent a couple of nights here for a Birthday/Christmas getaway with my wife's best friend and her husband .The place was amazing from the decor to the layout of the house, perfect for privacy and close to downtown Jonesboro ugh.. We hope to stay here again.

The cottage is so comfortable, the hosts had everything to make our stay wonderful. It’s sparkling clean, bright and airy. We had our little dog with us, it’s very pet friendly. We love the little cottage, we will definitely be back!

If I come to TN again, I will definitely stay here! The house was lovely, plenty of space, comfortable beds, and very clean. Loved the little doggy suites that I was able to leave my dog in when we left. Love how close it was to downtown Jonesborough!

They get a 100. Very clean they had travel size merchandise if you forgot something. The had pods for Keurig. Did not realize but perfect for us since dad had his dog each room had a built in dog kennel. Very pleased with the results.

My Mom and I loved our stay at this unit! It is beautifully decorated and very cozy. Ken & Runae were the best owners and very helpful with everything. We will be staying again in the future when we have time to tour Jonesborough!
