Building in general is looking a little shabby. Kitchen was not stocked with any basics and was sparsely equipped with utensils and dishware. No stove fan. Sofa bed was terrible.
A little outdated, the pull out couch mattress isn’t usable and too thin. Luckily we brought a blow up bed for the kids.
You have to clean your own room. Take out trash, clean all kitchen area including dishes and you don't get room services. If you don't take out trash and clean kitchen they charge you a $50. Cleaning fee. The pool and spa is 2 buildings away. Too many flies in the room, broken light over the table, broken door screen on patio door. Even the path tub was installed in a wrong angel. The water comes out to the floor
Good- there's a new spa in building 3-use the card hanging in the hot water heater cupboard to access! We weren't told this, so had to inquire. New carpet, chair, fridge and microwave and TV. Beautiful view! Beside the golf course, so some nice walking. Bad- not close enough to walk to the lifts, but there is a shuttle which runs every 20 min. or so. Kitchen and bathroom are original and in rough shape. Bed and pullout bed are not all that comfortable. Pots, pans and cutlery are basic. Enjoyed the area!
The property was easy to find and centralized to all restaurants. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely go again.
Spacious clean room with wonderful Mountain View from nice 5th floor balcony. Owner supplied everything including new furniture, new appliances , large tv with internet and steaming , very comfortable bed and quiet
Nice and clean place conveniently close to Killington base areas with shuttle services available. The apartment is clean, the Quinn bed in the bedroom has good firm mattress. The living room has new couch. The kitchen is adequately equipped.
Perfect place for a long weekend
It had what we needed to do our thing but.. the sofa bed was horrible and absolutely impossible to sleep on
Near the mountain but thé apartment is very old and not very clean. Not very equiped in thé kitchen
This little condo doesn’t have a lot going for it. It’s in the back-most building, so walking to Snowshed is not really an option. Everything in the place needs to be updated, replaced or painted. I’m 6’2” and I was hitting my head on the light in the shower, the hot and cold in the shower are backwards, the sofa and chair in the living room are at least 30 years old, every single surface looks like it has t been pained in 20+ years, you can’t use the fire place, the he carpet is ancient, and the windows make all kinds of noise when the wind blows even just a little. and even though it has a new, small tv, it has no service. It only has a streaming box. The fridge, microwave and stove do work, so there is that
Despite other reviews, we found the unit to be well-maintained, great shower/tub, modern/well-functioning kitchen facilities and an excellent master bed. The couch does have a thin (3) mattress that sags in middle, but with extra blankets our tired kids didn't notice and slept well. Proximity to the hill and great value made sense to us - we'll try to be back.
Beautiful area! The The furniture seem to be old and uncomfortable but other than that we had a great time. The bed was comfortable. Wished it had a Keurig.
Accommodations were mediocre. The health center was closed for construction, and related amenities were a major part of why we chose this property. So we were disappointed and ended up leaving a day early.
Condo needs scissors, pot holders, dresser, hangers, free closet, curtains that fit bedroom window. Very hard to get luggage from parking lot to inside of building. No ramps, so many steps. Thank goodness for elevator. We were locked out of condo due to batteries in condo lock.
