Stayed Dec 28, 2023First, no where in property advertisement was it mentioned this was an apartment up 3 flights of stairs. For a couple in late 50's/60's it was difficult to get up all the stairs with our luggage. This should be revealed in the property description up front, not day of check in when it is too late to cancel. Second, No hand soap in bathroom, only 1/4 of a roll of paper towels, batterys to TV remote were dead, lighting in bedroom was terrible. Third, Air vent extremely dirty and top of fridge had not been dusted for a long time. Not very clean per advertisement. Fourth, the garage door malfunctioned and our vehicle was locked in garage. Contacted property owner who was in California and couldn't do anything until afternoon of next day when he was flying back into Dallas. I let him know that wasn't acceptable as we are stuck without a vehicle and it is affecting our vacation plans. He then suggested contacted the property office to see if they can get it, but they didn't open until 10am. I finally got the garage opened and freed our vehicle.

Stayed Aug 21, 2023We stayed for five days in August for a business trip. The apartment has been newly renovated. Very clean and very comfortable. Well appointed. Property owner was wonderful to work with anytime we had questions. Can’t wait to book again. Highly recommended!
