Stayed Jan 25, 2026Jonathan was amazing to deal with. Truly an awesome person. And the rental was equally as amazing! Just a short walk from Cleveland Clinic, it allowed our whole family a place to call home while our family member was in the hospital. The amenities are all perfect and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. We appreciate everything that Jonathan has done for us while we stayed here. With a quick text message, he extended our stay when we needed. Inwill absolutely recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Cleveland Clinic. Thanks, Jonathan, for the wonderful experience.

Stayed Jan 8, 2026This was the perfect place we needed while a family member was in ICU. A short walk to the hospital and local restaurants made the stay comfortable. The space was clean and we would recommend staying here again!

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Parking was a bit of a process, but it always is in Cleveland in my experience and the host was 100% transparent on parking arrangements. We parked across the street in the garage. Stay was exactly what we needed for daughters recovery from surgery. Kitchen, laundry, comfortable beds, space. Keyless entry via phone app worked without issue. No elevator, but again, host was transparent about this so we knew going in. No complaints.

Stayed Nov 13, 2022Very good for extended stays for Cleveland Clinic. Very good property, very good access, clean, all appliances are up to date. Street parking is good, just don’t leave your spot before a change in shift at the hospital. I would stay there again.

Stayed Oct 17, 2022My husband had heart surgery recently at Cleveland Clinic and thought our only option was to stay in a hotel. My daughter searched and discovered this VRBO. IT WAS A LIFE CHANGER! I could walk to the clinic in 5 minutes, park (free) on the street in front of the building, very secure, clean with everything we needed. Meilin (hostess) responded immediately to any questions I had. I would strongly recommend this VRBO and urge people having medical care at the hospital to stay here. Already recommended to friends who have booked one of the 2 bedroom units in January.

Any communication with Meilin was prompt and helpful. Definitely recommend for those who are caregivers of those who have a surgery with several day recovery planned.

Stayed Feb 13, 2022Clean, well furnished and owner is extremely responsive to questions. Owner stocked extra dish and laundry pods, garbage and dishes. Is within walking distance to Cleveland Clinic. Only issues are it can be noisy, due to constant ambulance sirens and echoes from other apartments, and there are no elevators, only stairs. However, it's a great value for anyone visiting Cleveland Climic.
