Stayed Aug 28, 2025It was exactly as advertised. No complaints. You will have to drive to the tourist attractions. The neighborhood isn't bad but clearly being renovated is why only 3 stars for the area.

Stayed Aug 21, 2025The unit was clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and the location was close to downtown and the Falls. We did find the traffic a little noisy. The only small issue was that the existing sofa was not suitable for 4 adults to get comfortable while watching a movie. Still, I would recommend this unit.

Stayed Aug 18, 2025Although the property is quite a distance to walk to Clifton Hill/ the falls, it is impeccably presented. The beds were very comfortable & the apartment was spotless. It was ideal for our family trip to Niagara.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025It was nicely decorated and clean. Location was ok if you are willing to drive the few minutes to town and pay for parking. The only issues we had was the lack of fans. You had to keep the bedroom doors open in order to receive air conditioning. If there are guests upstairs, be warned it is very loud. I think adding fans for air movement and noise would definitely help and taking out the insanely bright security light that cannot be turned off. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would be prepared to stay again with some minor adjustments. A new couch couldn't hurt.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025The bus station is to the right of the property within walking distance or they do have paid parking available at the station. During the day walking around in area would be okay, but during the evening and night I would not suggest walking to or from your destination. We stayed in the downstairs apartment and yes you can hear ones walking around upstairs if you are a light sleeper. The lower apartment also has bright security light around the front door which is great! but also shines through the bedroom window. The host was easy to communicate with.

Stayed Sep 22, 2024Apartment had everything you will need. Ceiling fans in bedrooms would be nice as it gets a little warm with the doors shut. Too many decorative pillows, no place to put them in the bedrooms. Is only a few miles to the falls and is walkable to restaurants. We had a great time as this was our first time to Niagara Falls.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024The use of space was very good. Place was clean apart from some really distasteful stuff in the under the bed drawers in the 2nd bedroom. Good supplies in kitchen and bathroom. Nice, short drive to Clifton Hill and the Falls area. Easy in - easy out! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
