Classic Beachside Escape - 1 Min Walk to Beach!

Loved the stay! Only complaint is the back doors don’t lock and the wifi was spotty. Aside from that, absolutely loved it and would stay again.

Great location! Short walk to the beach and Cocoa Pier. Property was clean, but dated. Thin walls- could hear people in neighboring condos. Pillows were awful, but we purchased new ones and left them there…so better now! Overall, good place for the price and location.

Great spot for exploring Cocoa Beach. Had to ask for a space heater because of the weather. It arrived quickly. Thank you! Enjoy the great restaurants in the area….the kitchen here is very minimal

Perfect size and accommodations for us. In the future I would consider a downstairs option so we could rent and store bikes. We were pleased with the property and the neighborhood, close to the Pier, Sand Bar and Port. We love it here!

Was perfect for us. Affordable, clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Cocoa Beach was an easy 2 block walk from the apartment. The fancy pier was like 6 blocks away. Ron Jon surf shop is close , but they had a surf board on the back patio that we used! Surfing is a lot harder then it looks! Anyways, it was great . Thank you!

Not bad but definitely expected more for the price. Also there is no twin bed. Just a queen and a couch.

Was a great place to stay for the first half of our honeymoon. We loved how close we were to the beach and plenty of great restaurants!

Not like the pictures they have on the app. It was ok but a little disappointing.

I would not recommend this room if you cannot climb a flight upstairs. You can hear all the neighbors beside you. We had to walk heel to toe in order for the neighbors below us not to hear us. The sectional was not comfortable as you can feel the wood underneath the cushion, the emergency door exit all you could hear is people slamming the door, kitchen is not equipped what cooking with the correct size pots, the pilots are uneven on the stove, not allowing you could not cook. The AC above the window does not work well at all, we had to use a floor fan. The mattress ones taking off the sheets, that stains all over the mattress cover that we were sleeping on. Therefore, we tried to sleep on the provided air mattress, but had no cap to hold the air. The chairs before the table, we're missing a piece the footy, therefore made it lopsided. A fan in the bathroom was questionable as hot air was blown in and I was concerned about the safety using it. It is a nice location walking distance to the beach, has outdide shower. But very dangerous to walk the cooler and other beach supplies down the steep cement steps. We would stay out in order not to hear any of the neighbors. While watching tv during night time, the lights that shine when a car or person passes by shines right through the front window. Communication on the app did not give an accurate time response. As received other communication by text message, very difficult to get information time accuracy.

The home was as described and clean. Short walk to the beach and it was beautiful. There were cool bars and restaurants closeby

The property looks attractive online, but the reality upon arrival was disappointing. Unfortunately, I couldn't upload photos to share my experience. I found mildew on the extra pillows in the closet and another on has stains, mildew on some shower tiles, and a torn rug on the back porch. Additionally, the sliding door lock was broken, which made me feel unsafe. The steep stairs posed a challenge, especially for elderly guests. On a positive note, the mattress was comfortable, and the towels were clean and well-maintained.

Pictures are true to life, response to my questions were prompt and relatively quick. We had some issues with the internet but it was only an overnight stay. Host was quick to arrange a service to fix it, we just didn't need it. Would have loved to use the air mattress but no extra linens were available. It was a perfect place for us to stay pre-cruise departure and there was a launch....we heard it but missed seeing it.Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a pre-cruise place, close to the beach, clean, everything you need and walking distance to shops/food and a boardwalk/pier.

Close to the beach

We spent most of our days traveling to a softball tournament. However, the location of this apartment is perfect for the beach, great restaurants and fun nights in Coco Beach. It is more than adequate for two people. The couch is so comfortable and the hosts were wonderful. It was clean and there were supplies.

Place was good value. Everything thing worked. We didnt cook so not sure about the kitchen appliances. Stairs going up to unit are fairly narrow. Close to beach and a few restaurants.

We were there for 5 days. It was clean, well kept, and well worth the money which, btw was very reasonable.

Out of date, smelled like smoke

Apartment was convienent to the beach, pier and restaurants. It was clean with the amenities listed. The only issue was internet signal that kept dropping making the tv not working. The owner did work with us to get the signal back, but it dropped all weekend.

A very cute little rental. Bathroom is very small so I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay, unless only one person. Well appointed and great location. Great air conditioning as well. All around, would stay again.
