Civico 7 - Sweet Dreams in Florence

This was a wonderful stay. There was so much room for the 6 of us. We loved having 3 full bathrooms! The large kitchen was perfect for eating our breakfast together as a family.

It was very easy to get around Florence from the apartment. Super easy from the train station, close to the buses, and walkable throughout the city.

Lovely space with everything we needed right in the heart of Florence.

The location was perfect!

The apartment was in a great location. It would have been nice to have shampoo, soap, and lotion that would have lasted for the time we stayed. We would stay here again because of the location and roominess of the apartment. It was clean. It would have been nice to have a place to hang towels in the bathroom areas as well as a place to put shampoo etc while in the shower. A small chest of drawers in each bedroom would be wonderful so that our clothes would be more conveniently acessible than having them in our suitcases on the floor.

Let’s start with the communication which I find very important to ease my mind when booking a vrbo overseas! The communication with our host was outstanding! Quick response to all our questions. The information to check in was very clear and very detailed with a youtube video on how to access the key lock box. The apartment was huge with three full baths and very large bedrooms and comfy beds. It was exactly as shown in photos. Very charming, warm and very clean. The location is excellent! We walked everywhere to all the sites and the train station is only 15 minutes away by taxi. Definitely a great apartment if your looking for large, convenient place. Would stay here again.

This was a four generation, all girls trip with ages ranging from 13 to 86. Most places were accessed by walking with plenty of food and shopping nearby. We enjoyed afternoon aperitif’s daily. However, I missed the fact there was no air conditioning and it was a bit challenging with temps in the 90s during our stay. Great location!

The location is amazing and the apartment had plenty of room for 8 of us! It is located on a quiet street, but very close to all the action, which made it easy for us to see most of the city. There was no A/C as they had just replaced the windows and had not installed the new A/C, but the host was kind and gave us a discount on our stay. When we come back to Florence, we will for sure stay here again!

While this property was in a great location, it was not ideal. There were a number of things that were broken, including lights, ceiling fans, towel racks, front entry key pad. There was no dishwashing soap provided, and very little shampoo and soap provided. While the management company was responsive, we were out and sightseeing and didn’t have time to connect. I would advise future guests to ask about what has been fixed before booking a stay.

Our family of five (three college age girls) spent the last week at Civico 7 and it was perfect! We all agreed we would stay here again. The location is perfectly close to everything. The space is large, clean and was more than enough room for us for our time there. Checking in and out was simple and we had early access which was amazing as we came in from Bologna on the train and were in, unpacked and able to be out and about seamlessly.
