City Nest in FAN: Museums & Free Parking

There was dog/human hair on almost every surface, particularly the bed and couch, which was a bit off putting. Could be cleaner in general.

It was a cute and clean place. The parking in the back was great! Loved the bed and shower options! Thank you!

Nice space for my wife and I to stay while visiting Richmond. Walked to Carytown, and the surrounding neighborhoods are great. The place was clean, had everything we needed and the hosts were responsive. Would stay again!

Nice property, and area. Very close to the museums, which we came to visit. Apartment had all we needed, especially for a short stay, and much better than an hotel room.

Host was great at communicating and everything was ready when we got there. Check out was quick and easy. Will be staying there again:)

Our stay was short but great. We arrived late and left early but we found an excellent Italian restaurant around the corner for dinner and a cute coffee shop on our way to our appointment in the morning.

Loved the neighborhood, ease of parking and walking to nearby restaurants and museums. A lovely, easy week in Richmond.

Our room was comfortable and cool on a warm day. The kitchenette was perfect for making small meals. The large front porch was a great place to relax with a good book I appreciated the off street parking lot. Very well kept property.

Cute, cozy & convenient. Just right for a 3-night stay to explore Richmond. Onsite parking was a great perk but even better was the walk ability to museum, great restaurants, etc. we will be back!

The apartment was clean & comfortable. We were able to communicate easily with the owner. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was not working, but it was a short walk to Starbucks.

It was in very good condition, great location, floors were not as clean as they could be. Overall a good stay with no issues.

My first VRBO. Much better than a hotel room for less money. Owner communicated clearly about expectations and how to check in/out. We walked to many of the attractions and restaurants/shopping, saved a bunch of driving. Overall delightful.

We spent 2 nights in Oct, as a base to take the 50 mile Virginia Capital bike trail. We enjoyed the walkability of the location and being among the gorgeous older homes in the Fan. The space was ample for 2 people, and there is plenty of parking behind the house.

Clean, good location, well stocked, convenient parking. Good place for a weekend stay. Was a little noisy due to the upstairs tenants and it being an older building but other than that it was lovely

we had a fantastic stay for the first part of a long weekend. the space is located in an incredibly cute part of town and within walking distance to a few restaurants and a bakery!

This apartment suite was perfect for my husband and me to spend the weekend in Richmond. We had a show to attend one night at the Altria and the next at the Broadberry and this apartment was centrally located to both along with the restaurants we went to. It had all the amenities and the bed was very comfortable. Since it is surrounded by other apartments our white noise machine came in very handy. The thermostat is not accessible but the host, who immediately replied to my messages, turned it down right away at my request. Parking and access were very easy. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Well kept, safe, quiet area. Walkable to lots of places. We would stay there again if ever in Richmond.

The apt was well equipped and comfortable. The parking on the premises was a huge bonus! Mei our host was fabulous to communicate with she responded right away to my questions. The Fan is a charming neighborhood.

My husband and I stayed here with my dog. We had everything we needed. Refrigerator, stove top, dishes, coffee with all the supplies, snacks, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, off street parking, 2 porches, quiet and convenient to everything, Hulu, Disney channel lots of natural light, ironing board, lots of pillows, and towels. Great place. We will definitely return.

The home was clean, well decorated, and in a nice neighborhood. The home had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night but would stay again during our next visit.
