Stayed Jan 3, 2024David and Lin were great host. They were prompt in their responses. Location is excellent. However, the aircon conditioning unit might need a re-gas.

Stayed Dec 22, 2023This stay was fantastic, from the communication initially, checking in and the week we spent there. Communication was clear, timely and responsive. This included sealing with a minor issue with the parking and us leaving an item when we checked out. The property is very well presented and located. Central in Adelaide CBD and close to the Torrens River and public transport, as well as the Rundle Street dining district, we had everything we wanted. The building is new and apartment well appointed with everything we needed. We were very comfortable as a family of 4. The weather was such that we were able to open the balcony doors for fresh air overnight, but the split-system air conditioner was very effective when needed. I would certainly stay here again.
