City Centre Cagliari is located on a quiet street in the heart of Cagliari's historic centre in the Marina district, home to the city's best restaurants, monuments and nightlife.
It is 800 metres from Cagliari station and a two-minute walk from the marina and the seafront, which can be seen from the balcony.

The space

The flat, equipped with every comfort and service, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to its 65 square metres of space.

The rooms.
A white marble staircase leads directly to the living room where, as throughout the flat, exposed wooden beams give the room warmth and elegance.
The living room features a modern kitchen with clean lines, equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, coffee/tea machine, cutlery and crockery.
The living room also has a sofa bed with a “real” mattress, which is comfortable and easy to use.
There is also a 55 Smart TV. The device is equipped with all the main streaming apps already installed (Netflix, DAZN, Prime, Disney+, etc.).

Finally, to cope with the hot Sardinian days, the room is equipped with air conditioning.
