Chic Modern Stay: The Perfect Boiler Up Stay!

Remodeled basement apartment fantastically located near campus. Manager responded to all inquiries and was very helpful!

The property is great. Everything is in excellent condition (almost brand new). The only observation I have to make is the noises at any time of the day from the neighbors from the top floor. It would be unfair to blame the neighbors. The way the apartment was built (basement) allowed any noise, dropping stuff, moving chairs, conversations, cleaning, TV watching, laundry, or anything to be heard at our location.

Very responsive host and super convenient location to match. I greatly enjoyed my stay here and would return. Perfect for all my needs.

Place is great location to Purdue’s campus and all its activities (walkable). Had everything you need for a quick Friday/Saturday visit.

Clean and fresh

Overall a terrific place to stay that features everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Some noise from the occupants upstairs (this is a basement apartment) but nothing that was bothersome.The faucet in the bathroom and the showerhead need some attention (spray /leak) but otherwise everything works well. Communication with the host was lagging but maybe expected as it was through the VRBO app.

The basement apartment is beautifully designed and clean, with basic kitchen equipment available. It was a bit loud for us but still acceptable. Be aware that people live above you, and you can hear every footstep, as well as a lot of kitchen noises, TV sounds, etc. Additionally, there are the furnace and large water pipes running through the basement, which can get quite loud, especially in the evening.Check-in was easy, but it might be helpful to mention that the entrance is on the side of the house.However, we had to deal with a clogged toilet on the first day, which wasn’t ideal after a 12-hour drive. We used the plunger, but the waste water backed up into the bathtub. The toilet worked once, but then clogged again. We contacted the number provided and were told we would receive a call back within 30 minutes. An hour later, we had to call back and were told to find another toilet elsewhere, with the promise that they would fix it the next morning. Unfortunately, no one came or responded to our calls or messages until after noon.We agreed not to pay for the first night, but when the toilet still wasn’t fixed by late afternoon, we struggled to get out of the contract. Thankfully, Vrbo assisted us, and we moved out that day.

a good place to stay when you are forced to stay overnight near campus. comfortable bed. Walked to Mackey Arena. This is in a converted basement. If you are tall like me, watch your head.

We (3) stayed for a week. Cery responsive, helpful owner and resolved all minor issues in a timely manner. I didnt realize this is a basement property when I booked. Lots of creaking noise from upstairs at night. Very well equipped kitchen and appliances. Very satisified with the stay other than the noise I mentioned above.

My younger daughter and I stayed here while we visited her big sister at Purdue. I loved everything about this apartment and it fit our needs perfectly. We could hear everything going on in the apartment above but that was expected for student housing. It didn't bother us but guests should be aware that you will hear the neighbors. Street parking was not a problem and the location was close to Purdue.

This is an incredibly clean and comfortable retreat for anyone visiiting the campus of Purdue. The finishes are high-end and the attention to detail is impressive. The communication with rhe owner is top notch making the check-in and check-out process smooth. We will definitely be staying here again!
