OUTDOOR AMENITIES

Please note that the backyard grill is not available for guest use.



❄️ AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

For your comfort, a portable AC unit is provided in the apartment for additional cooling. The home also has central AC from the main level, which is controlled remotely. Please note that the thermostat for the central AC is not located inside the rental, so guests will not have direct access to adjust it.



Guests have full control over heating via the baseboard heaters.



CHILD SAFETY

This property is not childproofed. Guests traveling with children assume full responsibility for their safety.



SECURITY CAMERAS

For security purposes, there are two exterior cameras on the property:

• One located at the front door of the upstairs unit

• One located in the alleyway behind the home near the garage



Both cameras record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home.
