Stayed Jul 6, 2023We ended up booking a hotel the moment we stepped into the unit. No privacy, not as described, and extremely noisy. We were told after non refundable booking that this was indeed not an entire home, but a shared unit with many other people in the upstairs area. The staircase leading up to the rest of the home was locked on their side, making the unit completely unsafe as anybody upstairs could’ve walked in at any time. Was told to cancel my reservation so others could book as soon as I voiced a concern to the owner. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
