Chic Cape Coral Studio – Near Yacht Club, Kitchen + Laundry

It was clean, good area, good communication. Once we got the hang of the streets, Cape Coral beach was quite nice.

TV had no instructions so couldn't operate easily. Rain shower head is low and inconvenient. Extra large closet was nice for storing luggage.

The Cute studio in Cape Coral was terrific. It is like a large motel room with a nice kitchenette. It has a washer/dryer in a separate little room within the room. It is in a quiet neighborhood, with stores and restaurants nearby. It’s an easy drive to Jet Blue Park. The property manager was readily accessible, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this property. Just book it.

The little studio was perfect for our two night stay to visit out of town family. The layout is well thought out and has everything you need. My only comment is that it appeared the floors needed a good cleaning.

Was perfect! We only needed it for a night while property hunting. Little studio with everything you need.

No issues. Has what you need for a stay. Perfect for a couple days. As long as you don't plan on staying in too much. Gets a bit claustrophobic after a while. Showers designed much more for looks, than practical functionality.

Very clean, great location and has all one needs

This is the best! It has everything needed for your stay!! And your very own parking spot! Walking to everything within a short walk... Winn Dixie, Rib Pleace, Ice SCREAMMM, and Dixie Country Line Dance Place. No need for an Uber here.

This place was cute and perfect for just me. Had everything you might need with a small fridge and stove. The only thing that wasn’t the greatest was its a triplex and could hear the tv and sometimes the people talking next door.

The place is small but just what we needed. Close enough to stuff to walk. Bed was comfortable. Good value.

This little studio is a part of triplex and is just as advertised. It was perfect for my solo needs and the little kitchenette was amazing. Highly recommended. In fact so much, I am booked in the other two units the following two weeks.

Internet and TV went out for almost 24 hours. Everything else was as advertised.

We came to Cape Coral to visit family and friends nearby. This studio was clean with all the amenities we needed. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. We even had a small washer and dryer. Would recommend as the price was very fair too.

Good distance downtown with a lot restaurant

Nice price. Very clean. Comfortable. Amenities are good. Management responded to inquiries in a timely manner. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We like the location. We realize space is at a premium, but may we suggest replacing the small futon with a cafe table and two chairs, or keep the futon and place a small folding table and chairs in the big utility closet. The kitchen faucet is loose/wobbly and the screws on the bathroom window handle/crank are nearly falling out.Overall, we highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an efficiency. table and tw chairs

Great place to stay , grocery store is less than a 10 minute walk . Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Beach is 25 minutes away .

small but very good, i would stay their again

Our kids were not welcome however there was a baby crying and the Next Door unit. Also woke up to take a shower and had no bar soap.

Great efficiency apartment. Has everything you need.
