Cloverdale is a neighborhood within the city of Montgomery. It is the largest garden-landscaped neighborhood in the state of Alabama. It's also one of the oldest, originally built out in the 1800's. Cloverdale is known for many houses designed by European architects throughout history and for the tasteful landscaping that still exists today.

The property has an electronic lock. We will provide you the code within the 24 hours prior to your arrival.

After parking on site, you will climb the black staircase to enter through the left door, Apt C, into the fully stocked, cozy kitchen. From there, you'll pass into the dining room, perfect for a family meal. Walk through to the living room to find comfortable seating options. Curl up with a good book, relax with a movie, or work remote in your study area. Enjoy the sunroom as you step out onto the front patio.

Off the hallway are the two bedrooms, both with comfortable bedding. The bathroom is situated in between.

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

    Lots of effort for a cute property. Clean and convenient. Great neighborhood. Fans and AC made it very comfortable. Stairs to entrance were challenging but I am old and have knee issues. Lovely to be up a floor with the trees. Joshua very helpful

    We spent two nights in Montgomery as we toured some of the historical locations relevant to the Civil Rights Movement. We found the apartment to be as advertised and very convenient to downtown Montgomery.

    We had such a great weekend staying at this amazing condo. It was clean, comfortable, and quite charming. There is a lot of character and charm with the building. It was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. We wanted a quick getaway for a conference we were attending in the area and we would rather stay in quaint little places instead of hotels. We enjoyed our coffee, reading, relaxing, and being close to everything we needed to access while in town. The decorating was simple and tasteful, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the building itself! Thank you for an amazing weekend!
