    The home was located within a residential area of Chamonix. The home and grounds were well kept, comfortable and private. Hiking trails were adjacent. Bedrooms were small but comfortable and all upstairs. The stairs were steep and windy - could be a cause for worry to toddler parents. We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed the stay at Chez Roberto.

    Our family of 6 stayed at Chez Roberto's recently and thoroughly enjoyed it! The accommodation was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything necessary. My teenage boys loved the sauna after full days of skiing! I highly recommend this property and taking the time to visit Charmonix - wonderful!

    Perfect for a weekend away with friends, had all the amenities we needed. Very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Amazing view of Mount Blanc and the Alps. A few comments: outdoor furniture was not available, which would have been nice as it was summer. Could not access wifi. More garbage bags and toilet paper would have been helpful!

    I highly recommend Chez Roberto in Chamonix, France. The property is located in a great location, close to town and close to Brevént (you can walk to both). The house is charming, stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, clean, and the views from the house are UNREAL. Although we stayed in winter, would absolutely stay here in summer as well. I will stay here time and time again when I visit Chamonix!

    Property located in a good area with a nice view of montblanc. Facilities were great. However, bed was not that comfortable. Owner also required us to remove all bed sheets and empty trash when check-out. It was troublesome as there was no trash bin in front of the property. No information of where we could dump it. We had to find it which is about 300m away from the house. I have stayed in many b&b properties but to remove bed sheets, this was the first one. Whilst we have to some house works , still need to pay for full cleaning fee.

    The property was in a great location. It was very comfortable and spacious. East to walk to town center The managers were extremely helpful with tips and suggestions. The only negative was that the kitchen was not well equipped with essential items like trash bags and washing detergent etc. there was also no out door furniture or grill even tho there was a large deck that would have been lovely to sit and enjoy the outside. So we felt confined to the interior of the house. Overall it was a great experience.

    Chamonix is tough to get around if you are not familiar with it. Getting the key and taking it back we’re tedious. Finding the property was frustrating. Everything else was wonderful

    The property is perfectly located - a stunning view of Aguille du midi and Mont Blanc and a 10 minute walk into Chamonix town one way and 10 minute walk into Parc des Galliards the other way. Clean, spacious with lovely garden. Comfy beds and modern bathrooms. Wifi was not good. No outside furniture to use on the sunny days but apparently that is coming in the summer. Sauna was great addition. Stairs to first floor steep and narrow so beware if you have small children. Under cover parking next to chalet. We had a great few days. The management agency were excellent with our queries before and during our stay
