Stayed May 4, 2024Do not book this property as it is not ready to charge any fees until it is cleaned out of decades of dust, grease, debris and ants. The bed linen was very old and blood stained. The bathroom sink took a very long time to drain rendering it not fit for use. Kitchen pantry is unusable due to debris tossed in cupboards over the years. The kitchen sink faucet is not fixed to the counter. The refrigerator blocks the threshold to the hall. Cob webs hang from fixtures where the fire detector was at some point in the past. There is great potential for a charming downtown flat but it is in serious need of a deep clean and update to the amenities. Not so sure this site meets a building code for a rental and have my doubts it would pass inspection for black mould under the kitchen sink or pantry cupboards. If you do rent here be prepared to brush ants off food and your body. The charming potential of this flat is unrealized.

Stayed Sep 9, 2025It was just what we wanted and needed.Only a small issue with the bathroom sink not draining.Parking was great and rental was in a nice neighborhood.
