    Nice little house with a character Located in a good neighborhood. 2 miles from the Greenlake, not exactly walkable. The house is well kept. Property manager was very responsive to our requests. The only slight issue we had was with parking. Most of the time. We got the street parking right in front of the house but a couple of times , the neighbor had parked car in such a way that we had to go a bit farther .Other than that it’s a great place.

    Our level of the house was great! We did have to clean up furniture on the deck but other than that, it was clean. The beds were comfy. Tata was amazing in communicating and getting us the 2 things we needed (bathroom wash cloths and more toilet paper). We didn't hear anyone above us or below us, however, the level below was wide open, had dirt floors and had a broken window. We felt safe on our level though. Overall, we had a great stay here. It was super close to the bus line which came in handy.

    Overall, my experience was great. The house was very clean, I didn't have any issues getting in, the beds were comfy, and the location was excellent. I was within walking distance of a grocery store, an ATM machine, and MANY places to eat and shop. The one issue I will point out is that there were no washcloths. I had to wash my face with paper towels. But that is an extremely easy fix. Also, the stairs leading to the yard were inaccessible, but I assume those will be repaired soon. I would definitely stay here again. Oh! And I hadn't realized that someone in our party had left behind iPods, but the property manager found them, contacted me, and got them returned to us. I so appreciate the honesty and integrity!

    Beautiful older home. Great location to easily go N, S, E, or W. The whole Missouri clean and had all the accommodations needed. There was a slight glitch that was corrected quickly by property management without any hesitation or delay. I would definitely stay there again. Close to Greenlake, Ballard, QueenAnne, U-Village, etc.

    We liked this quaint house from likely the 1930's or 40's.Lots of fun original character. New & well stocked kitchen.Bathroom very small. Beds and bedding average, nothing special. Good communication with property manager.A binder with info on tv/sound system, basic house info, good restaurants, things to do nearby would have been helpful.
