Stayed Jun 17, 2025We stayed at this charming unit for 4 nights! It was just as pictured with everything we needed! The Nations was very charming and we loved taking walks throughout the community every morning. Breakfast downstairs at Stay Golden was so convenient and amazing! Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed Jan 10, 2026I came for a week of lab work for school, I didn’t use this as a place to vacation so I can’t say how close it is to all the tourist things. The only negative I have to say is that it was too cold to use the beautiful balcony with the hammock outside! It’s a small space but perfect for what I needed. Close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. I will say the duct work is a little noisy when things turn on and off, but that doesn’t bother me, I can sleep through almost anything. Loved that laundry was in the unit, I didn’t have to pack for everyday as I could wash clothes midweek and night before I left so I go home with clean clothes! I couldn’t get into the unit at first, but the host was quick to respond and reset the door code, technology at its finest!

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Wonderful place to stay for two guests in a safe neighborhood close to several restaurants, bars, coffeeshops (many within walking distance) and a short drive to downtown Nashville. The property was clean and well appointed with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry necessities (dishes/cookware, silverware, soaps, towels, etc. Free onsite parking was also a bonus. The host was communicative and friendly. Check in/check out instructions were clear and super easy breezy. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in the Nashville area.
