Charming studio in fabulous Meridian, Idaho with WiFi, AC, Private entry.

The room was perfect and had all of the amenities you would expect at a hotel. This was an awesome find and would definitely stay again.

A lovely room with a spacious, private bathroom—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was easy to find and conveniently accessible from the main road. Our hosts were warm, welcoming, and very responsive throughout our stay. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway—would definitely return!

Very clean and nice, perfect for one or two people. Tom communicated well and everything I needed was provided (bedding, towels, bottled water, etc.). It is connected to the main house, but has a private entry in the back yard. I would stay there again if I was in the area needing a place for night. Recommended.

Perfect location. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Located on a nice quiet neighborhood.

My review is for ease of communication with the property owner - they contacted me with clear check-in information before my stay, and dealt with me very courteously when I had to cancel on very short notice. I've rescheduled my stay and look forward to visiting in March.

This is probably the cleanest VRBO on the planet. Everything has been thought out so well. It was perfect for our needs.

I was in town for one of my grandson's high school graduation. I volunteered to not stay with his family because they had other family in town. So I found the best place for me to stay. It was close and very comfortable. The hosts were very easy to deal with.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient! Our stay was made better as we met Tom and his wife who were onsite and so helpful with our first VRBO experience. The studio was as neat as a pin as is the residence that it’s attached to. Pride in ownership and serving the VRBO community with excellence is apparent everywhere that you look. From the quaint stepping stone pathway to the Q-tips in the medicine cabinet, they’ve thought of everything. Waking up from a restful nights sleep on the super comfortable bed (no lumps there!) we were greeted with a wide variety of coffee pods and select creamers that prepared us for the day ahead. Looking for a super VRBO value and high quality in the greater Boise area? Look no further, you won’t be disappointed!

We’ve looked for a safe, comfortable, private unit that was close to our son and his family. There are no hotels close to him which always added too much travel time during our visits. This unit was perfect. It consisted of a large room with a queen bed, a recliner, desk with chair, and an attractive wall unit accommodating a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar, wardrobe, and storage. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, toiletries, and paper products. The hosts communicated well and they thought of all the extras one might need when traveling. We hope to return often.

This little place was amazing. Totally enjoyed it. R&R at its finest. My trip turned into a disaster when my family took ill at the last minute I booked this place. I was going to cancel all together then decided to just get away. It was totally worth it. Thank you to the host. Job well done. Much appreciated!!

This is not a very accurate review although i have no reason think it any less. I ended up in the hospital and my husband was home very sick. We were not able to travel and spend the night.

Only place I could afford near Boise and it was lovely! Comfy, cosy, and clean!! 10/10

Tom's room was a great place to stay for the night in Meridan. It was clean, comfortable, and affordable. Tom provided excellent instructions for check-in with a video on how to use the lock; this was helpful.

I was in town to watch one of my kids play soccer over the weekend. This place provided the perfect bedroom and bathroom that I was needing for my stay. Highly recommended.

Overall perfect place for our stay in Boise. Close to everything and the neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely book this place again next time!

The place was exceptionally clean and quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the Boise area. It has its own entrance which makes it easy. The yard surroundings are beautifully kept. I would give it 5 out of 5

This was perfect for us. Private entrance, very nice bedroom and bathroom. Everything was very clean and we had no issues. Communication was great and we plan on staying here again in the future.
