Things to Know
This home is accessed via three flights of stairs, and there is no elevator. Additionally, it's located a distance from the parking lot in the building at the top of a hill; there are several sets of concrete steps to get up the hill.
Between April 2023 and December 2024, the pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities will be closed for construction. This date is subject to change.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean open floorplan!! Nice size rooms!! Had a hair dryer and a curling iron (which you never see)!! Very close to town!! Overall a great experience!!
Convenient place to stay to hit all of the mountains.
The location of this apartment was very close to all of the activities we wanted to do (Aspen and T Lazy 7 Ranch). the view was amazing. the apartment was very clean and was roomy enough for my family of 4. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in the Snowmass / Aspen area.
There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. There were hairs on the bathroom floors. One blind is broken. The unit was nice. Very outdated. We feel for what we spent the unit was not clean. The hot tub was very misrepresented. The one very small hot tub was foamy and unusable. We heard several people complain about the misrepresentation. Also, it was not stated that the pool was closed for the winter. Would not stay here again.
Overall we were happy but we had a few issues. Pots and pans were extremely limited and only 1 small lid. We also had plumbing issues. In the main bedroom the sink did not drain and the chain in the toilet tank broke
We have been staying here for business and it has all the comforts of home, affordable and conveniently located without being directly in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Parking in Snowmass isn't always the easiest so having a dedicated parking spot is nice as well.
Beautiful view, simple 2b/2b apartment w clean simple linen, bath, and kitchen supplies. Washer n dryer a plus. Excellent WiFi. Hiking trail behind the complex to grocery store and local restaurants.
