    Good location for downtown; walking distance to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods! Great place for jumping on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

    Great location just a short walk from downtown. Part of a neat neighborhood with a few nearby restaurants and cafes. Well furnished with plenty of room to lounge when you're not out on the town!

    The accomodations were exactly as described and super clean. We walked a mile to the South Slope and back and had a great time. Parking instructions were slightly unclear but we ultimately had no issues and the host got back to us in no time. Would stay again.

    Loved the location. Hard to see house numbers ( peek thru the shrubs) but loved being able towalk to restaurant. Many restaurants close by with a car. Would love to rent it again.

    The unit was very clean however the bathroom needs a remodel. Enamel peeling from the tub leaves tub looking dirty and the tile grout is bad flooring in bathroom looks bad etc. Rest of the unit was clean but metal kitchen drawers need maintenance.

    Wife and I stayed here this past weekend. Location is ideal and duplex has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Asheville.

    We wanted a spot close to downtown and this fit the bill. We walked back home both Friday and Saturday nights. Close to lots of great dining and breweries.

    Outstanding little spot. Perfect neighborhood, safe and easy to get to all sites. Eat at the corner bakery - wonderful. We will be back!
