From the very beginning, Marta was extremely responsive in answering my questions and provided detailed information for our check-in. During our stay, she continued to make sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, our stay was great! The entire apartment is clean and comfortable. It is close to grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and transportation. The only down side is the primary bedroom faces the street which can get noisy in the morning with traffic. But there are two other bedrooms in the back which can be used if noise is an issue with you. One other thing, there is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on the 2nd floor with a somewhat narrow staircase. So do take that into consideration if you're traveling with a big suitcase.

Marta is an amazing hostess! She responds at once to every message and makes sure your stay is great! The apartment is a gem! The kitchen is well-equipped and the rooms are comfortable. The location is good, peaceful, quite. Everything is in good taste. Highly recommended!

The apartment was cheery, clean and modern. Marta was amazing! She was aware we were coming in by train late at night after stores had closed, so she brought groceries for us so that we could make sandwiches for a late dinner! She was easy to contact and communicate with, and had great suggestions to help us maneuver in our new surroundings. Thanks Marta!

This is the perfect spot to escape the hustle of Barcelona. We loved being able to explore all of Barcelona while having a quiet place to retreat to at the end of the day. The host was super helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

Marta was a great host, and the apartment is bright and clean. It fit our family of five perfectly. There is a grocery store a minute or two walk away, and the metro is only a few minute walk. We happened to be in town for the festival of San Joan and were able to see fireworks all over the city from the bridge around the corner.

The apt was clean, bright and airy. Reported distances were further than expected. The host was very quick to respond to our communications.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment for the 4 nights we were there. It was nice to get out of the busy streets in the Barcelona core to come back to the apartment in a quiet North Garcia neighbourhood. A lot of restaurants and shops a short distance away. Marta was a great host, ensuring our stay was enjoyable and gave us some very good recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. I would recommend staying in this VRBO.

Our host met us at the door to show us around and was exceptionally attentive to all our needs. The place has lots of room and well equipped. Although we did spend most of our time outside enjoying the lovely terrace.It is located not far from the Metro with easy access to everything.

Really liked our stay here considering it was our first time in barca. Marta (host) met us on our first day, greated us and made sure all instructions were clear, how to use appliances and most of all, how to navigate through Barca. The appartment was clean and looked exactly like the pics. The location is about 15 mins from everything and easily accessible by metro. The Metro station (Vallarca) is about 400m (8 min walk) which gets you to everywhere you need to (including downtown, and all siteseing places). Parc Guell is about 20 min walk from appartment. Core part of downtown is really noisy so it was great staying at this place where is a bit away from the hustle and bustle but just few bus stops away from everything. Highly suggest staying here, convience store is few steps away. Overall a great time.

While in Barcelona, it was nice to come back to this apartment in a quiet neighborhood each night. Marta was extremely helpful on check in and very pleasant to work with.

Our family of 4 (with two teenagers) loved staying in this spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The ac works well, as well as the dishwasher and washing machine. Marta met us for check in, walked us through the apartment and provided us with recommendations which were very helpful. There is a grocery store at the end of the block, a lovely bakery nearby, and the metro is about a 6 min walk from the apartment. We loved coming back to a quiet neighborhood after exploring being in the crowds of Barcelona. Highly recommend this apartment!

Marta was extremely helpful. This is a second floor walk up and we had large, heavy suitcases. Both my friend and I are older women and it would have been difficult for us to carry them up the stairs. Marta met us at the apartment when we checked in, immediately recognized our situation and arranged for someone to take our luggage up to the room and to take them back down when we left. The apartment was was comfortable and in a good location.

Beautiful property for a large group with 3 bedrooms. Marta is a great host and was very kind to us and helped us with our transportation.
