Wonderful location in Queen Ann, quiet neighborhood street, walkable to shops and eateries, as well as public transit. Clean and comfortable. The bed was in a loft - very comfortable, but low ceiling and not very well lit, and definitely NOT for anyone who cannot navigate a relatively steep ladder. You need to be wide awake for any middle of the night trips from the loft to the bathroom. There is a sleeping sofa, but if you use it there is really no place to sit. We did enjoy our time there except for a couple of points - Kitchenette is functional, small refrigerator and hot plate if you want to cook, BUT the coffee machine was a Keurig (that I don't care for from an environmental perspective anyway) that just didn't work consistently - not good for AM coffee drinkers like my husband and I. Luckily there was a very good donut shop up the street with great coffee. Last pet peeve - the towels were terrible, non absorbent - to the point that I checked the label to see if they were actually cotton. I would suggest the owners actually try them out and replace as they see fit.

Perfect place for extended family to stay. Within walking distance to our son and his family. Love the area. Disappointed that Top Pot is no longer there. Will definitely return if needed.

Very cute place. Was just what we needed for our trip. (Pluz my new Fiancé was able to hide a ring from me here, so it’s small but roomy) we will be coming back here :)

Very nice space in Queen Anne. We appreciated the country villa feel, as well as the elegant manner in which the space made everything we needed available.

This was a perfect place for myself for 2 nights. Easy parking, friendly caretaker who told me about a farmers market nearby. Comfortable bed. Nice double shower head.

The bed was on the floor of the 3.5 foot tall loft. It was only accessible by a rickety ladder. There were dead spiders hanging from the ceiling and cob webs everywhere. We also had to kill a few live ones. We used the pull out sofa bed because we could not safety get up and down the ladder at night. The mattress was hard memory foam and we woke up super stiff every morning. The sheets to the sofa bed smelled like mildew so we had to strip the bed in the loft and use those. The bathroom was clean but only had one tiny mirror for 2 girls. There was no TV, which was disappointing. We hoped to watch movies at night since downtown Seattle is a little scary at night. The check in procedures were unclear and we were fumbling around trying to figure out how to get in at 1am in the morning. There were no screens on the windows and no AC, so it was HOT. We already had a spider problem so I didn’t want to open the windows and allow more critters in. The listing needs to be MUCH clearer. I expected more for $1300!

This property is in a great location, close to the restaurants, shops and parks in Queen Anne as well as the Space Needle/Seattle Center and downtown Seattle/waterfront. The sofa bed has a comfy mattress but be aware that you will need to block the front door or bathroom with the coffee table to pull out the bed unless the owner has made changes since our stay. The indoor space is very small and upholstered furniture could use refreshing or a good cleaning. Nice outdoor seating area though and you can’t beat the price for the location.
