Upon arrival, we couldn't enter the property. Had to text and call two numbers to get in about 30 minutes after arrival. Once we got in, we got smacked in the face with hundreds of gnats. The refrigerator didn't work for the first 2 days there. The bar ice machine had black mold (pics sent). The AC was out and it took over 24 hours to get it repaired. It was over 100° that weekend. Two of the rooms never had working AC or ceiling fans the entire stay. It was so hot, the room upstairs in the loft area was unusable. The bathroom in the first en suite didn't have hot water, so unusable. The 2nd bedroom upstairs had an ant infestation, so that room and bathroom were both unusable. By the end of our stay, the ants made it to the kitchen. Local Vacasa person said she'd bring over ant spray the first night, it was dropped off 3 days later. I paid A LOT OF MONEY for a 4 bedroom, 4 bath had 2 usable bedrooms, and 2 usable bathrooms. I was in contact with 2 vacasa contacts, neither of whom documented all of our issues (that was apparent when I called in Sept and she was able to check all my text communications, pictures, and videos sent). I contacted vacasa in September to discuss all the issues we had and that $250 was a slap in the face, the customer service contact put in the additional issues we had (they were refunding the $250 due to the AC issues only) and said she'd let me know what management decides. Never heard back, so contacted them in Jan. and discovere
Nice Place and great location to Broadway. The ceiling fans STILL are not working. All of the little things added, like paper towels, shampoo, soap, dish soap, etc. were well appreciated! Very comfortable place - I would rent again! Thank you!
We loved our stay at the loft! It can definitely fit 4 adult couples very comfortably (each having their own bathroom and bedroom). We did wish it had a washer and dryer, especially for towels or longer stays. Each bed had towels on it, but for longer stays there were no additional towels in the house. The kitchen was well stocked, the decor and furniture was very nice. We would definitely stay again, it just enough off second and Broadway that you don’t have to worry about the noise late at night, but close enough that you’re a quick walk to anywhere you want to go. There’s also some markets/stores very close to pick up snacks and drinks.
Great looking place and awesome location.
We all loved the loft and the location. Plenty of room for all of us, close to everything, just a few glitches. Had trouble with the door codes when we arrived. The main floor shower is too hot or you have no water pressure. This is not a new problem so the owners have yet to address it. It would also be helpful to have info posted like user manuals and instructions for check out. Customer service isn't always able to help. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Dealing with Vacasa was very difficult when an issue arose with the check in process. It was frustrating to talk to someone who was not familiar with the local unit. it took 18 hours for a local Vacasa representative to call me back. When they did, he was very helpful.
Vacasa, which has several hundred properties to rent offer horrible customer service. Key pad to enter apt never worked. Local team never arrived on any issues. There literally was a dead cockroach in the kitchen. Linens were weathered. I loved my stay in Hawaii and a lot of the reason was the owner of that condo. I will never rent from VRBO a again if it is a Vacasa property
The loft was gorgeous and quite clean. Only part that was dirty was inside some of the drawers and the entry way. The entire loft smelled of strong varnish (probably a cleaning agent) when we arrived. The smell was so strong that all of the guests staying with us complained and made the first day very uncomfortable. However, the main issue with our stay was the slow and poor communication with VRBO when we had an issue with something….and there were a lot of issues with the loft. Here are a few things that the host must fix before I would consider staying here again. The loft NEEDS a user manual. For instance, there were many light switches and they were confusing to operate. Secondly, the stove top was induction, which requires special pans. While the loft did have induction pans, it also had non-induction pans. Non-induction pans do not work with this type of stovetop so we spent a long time on the phone with VRBO to troubleshoot, which was of no help. I ended up figuring it out myself. There should absolutely not be pans in the loft that do not work with the stove top! Extremely frustrating and confusing. Another issue we had was plugging in any type of hairdryer or electronic into the bunk room bathroom. This caused a short circuit, and shut off the lights in the bunk room and bathroom. The breaker was confusing to figure out, even after consulting over the phone with an electrician who could not help us resolve this simple issue. Again, I ended up figuring it out myself, but many of our guests were without lights and could not use that bathroom for 24 hrs due to this issue. Unacceptable. Overall, the loft was gorgeous in a great location with just a couple issues. The real problem was communicating with the VRBO host to resolve issues and the lack of a having user manual in the loft. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are resolved as your stay may end up being more stressful than relaxing.
The closeness to downtown was great. The apartment was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a beautiful property. Plenty of space. Well-appointed. I’d go so far as to say the space itself is better than the pictures show. However, there are a few key things that prospective renters should be aware of: 1) This is managed by an outside group. No local ownership or care of the facility. I sent two messages via VRBO in advance of our arrival, which were not responded to. You have to communicate via their ‘Vacasa’ app, which goes to a call center that is all managed via software. No single individual takes ownership or responsibility for issues. 2) Internet - the internet was not working in the property when we arrived. I used Vacasa’s text and calling options and was assured resolution. Several follow-ups and 48 hours later, they came and put a TMobile hotspot in the unit. Yet the range did not cover the entire place. 3) Access: While not noted on the description, it is a 24-step walk-up to get to the unit. If stairs are an issue for you or you have a lot of things, take note. 4) Parking: The listing amenities seem to imply included parking for up to (4) vehicles. This is not the case. You just use on-street or garage parking. Closest options are a couple blocks away. 5) Comfort: Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. However, each of these are controlled by a remote and not every room actually has a remote for the fan. 6) Safety/Security: An outdoor keypad secures the property itself. However, the listing notes a deadbolt for security but none exists. When the management came to replace the internet, they did not communicate in advance or ask permission to come; they just let themselves in. On the second day of our stay, we noticed a key to the unit under the outside floor mat! There are a lot of things to like about this property; but take note regarding both general safety and overall expectations.
The location was great, just few blocks off Broadway. Restaurants nearby. the place was unique in style. Communication with host was quick most of the time.

Excellent location for Broadway and sightseeing
Decor and loft itself was fabulous- better than the pics. Would stay there again. Only negative was that the internet was spotty so the TVs wouldn’t work when it was down.
