Full cooking capacity, Queen bed, living/dining area, loaded with original charm and modern amenities - make this a great stay for business or pleasure. This unit space overlooks Main Street with a wall of windows to the ceiling. This upscale unit is ADA accessible. The Main Suite can be rented with The Longview (2bedroom/1 bath) providing guests private access tothe entire 2nd floor. Laundry is located directly outside the suite.

713 West Main Street is Historic Building located in the heart of Museum Row and the Business District of Downtown Louisville. The 713 was completely renovated in 2019/20 and is now the site of 5 upscale short term rentals/Airbnb's. Guests will enjoy the close proximity too: Museums, YUM Center, Bourbon Tours, Court House, Center for the Arts, and the Convention Center! The suites accommodate parties of all sizes - all with full cooking ability.

    We absolutely loved our stay in this quaint apartment. It was perfect, had everything with the bonus of a washing machine! The place was clean, nice decor and walking distance to everything, with some great restaurants nearby. The communication from host was outstanding, instant responses on an query! Will definitely be returning to Louisville and stay here again!

    Great spot for walking exploration. It's within EASY walking distance of coffee, food, and entertainment. It does get a little warm, just because of the nature of the location. It's an old building, so they do there best. It's only really an issue if you visit in the summer. The owners are very responsive to messaging! We never felt left wanting.

    We were actually upgraded to a larger suite due to a double booking issue. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The space is gorgeous and in a perfect spot for walking to many restaurants and venues in the area. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Louisville!

    Property is very clean and plenty of near by parking. The owners are extremely responsive. I’ll be back. Is a little noisy with the traffic on main, but nothing you can’t get used to.

    Enjoyed our stay for a wedding at the museum. Great location, waking distance to everythibg. Only complaint is the amount of light coming in around the curtains, made it hard to sleep.
