PERFECT FLOOR PLAN: The floor plan is ideal for one or two people! Private enclosed bed & bath with open kitchen/living space.

CENTRALLY LOCATED: The home is centrally located in the heart of St Pete and only 1 mile to downtown (walking distance). It's also 1 block away from beautiful Crescent Lake park!

COMFORTS OF HOME: It really is the small details that will make your stay comfortable. The little amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry and dish soaps, and starting toiletries are provided! If there is something that would enhance your stay you recommend I add, I would love to consider it! There is IN-UNIT Washer & Dryer!

OFF-STREET PARKING: There is one off-street parking space dedicated for you in the rear of the home as well as open street parking for guests.

BEDROOM
One of the most important parts of your home away from home is a good night’s rest! Each of the beds (primary and guest pull-out) have hotel-quality white linens and at least four pillows. Each bedroom also has its own fan (FL necessity!) for your comfort.

- Bedroom Ensuite #1: Queen size, 2 closets, ensuite with shower and deep soaking tub. Has a desk (& fast wifi) for remote-work.

-Living Room Pullout sofa: Queen size. Also is AMAZING to easily transform it to put your feet up and relax for prime movie-watching!

KITCHEN
Modern, fully equipped: includes microwave, toaster and new SS appliance suite as well as quartz counters. We stock some basic items for you to start your trip right such as coffee, salt, pepper, paper towels, sponges & dish soap & etc. There is both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for your preference! Name-brand K-cups are provided for your first morning convenience!

LIVING ROOM
Living room: Comfy large sofa and chair, with Smart TV and a counter stool for extra seating as-needed for guests! Lots of cozy layered lighting will be sure to enhance your comfort!
