With bead board throughout, coffered ceilings, and craftsman style molding the guesthouse exudes with unique character from open shelves and counter & desktops made from reclaimed antique pine.
The well-equipped chef inspired kitchen features quartz counters, a compact pro-style gas convection range, dishwasher, & refrigerator with icemaker. The euro style washer/dryer unit washes and dries clothes in the same tub eliminating the need to switch loads.
Equipped with a murphy bed, folding desk, and large 50” smart TV with a sound bar the backroom pulls triple duty as a living room, bedroom, and office. Guests are pampered with 600 thread count 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, goose down pillows, and memory foam mattress with cooling gel. Adjacent to the back room, A semi-private patio provides additional living space in the shade of the century old oak trees out of view of the main house.
The vintage style bathroom includes a backlit mirror and Turkish cotton bath linens. With dual heads and strong water pressure the shower has endless hot water thanks to a tankless water heater.
The ground floor guesthouse is separate from the main house, sharing a wall with the owner’s detached garage. Guests enter the property via gate in the wrought iron fence. Well-lit free on-street parking available in a dedicated parking lane. Several motion sensor lights light the property at night
