Stayed May 30, 2025Nothing about this rental is private. The minute we stepped on property, we could feel the eyes. There is a door that separates the main house from the rental and the owners control the lock. The bed is bowed, old, and cheap. When we decided to leave (less than 5 minutes) the owners were pulling into the drive way checking on us. Beyond uncomfortable. My dad tried to stay here also (the next day) and said he could hear them in the hallway listening. Needless to say we both stayed in hotels. I would LOVE my money back, but lessoned learned.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025The rooms were clean and cozy. It was exactly as described. No surprises. The owners were non-obtrusive and only came to see us when I sent a text saying I'd like to meet them. Very congenial. Hope to stay again.

Stayed Oct 30, 2024Although small, it was perfect for our needs, and still only 15-20 minutes from family. There were 3 small steps into this quiet and clean apartment. The owners messaged us to see if there was anything we needed. The unit is only a block away from the grocery store, and within a few blocks of several local restaurants. For those people who want to enjoy Lake Erie, it is only 5 miles away. Geneva is a charming place to visit. We look forward to another stay in the Spring.
