Stayed Oct 1, 2023The host was extremely thoughful and responsive to any requests. Place is spacious for one person. It doesn't feel like a studio. Location for me was great!

Stayed May 31, 2023Our son had a two month internship in Atlanta this summer and he stayed at the Barrs' VRBO. It was such a nice place and when he was out of town, my husband and I came over to enjoy the apartment and travel nearby. It was definitely our home away from home for the summer. Enjoyed it so much!!

Stayed Aug 15, 2022Really enjoyed staying here. Was in town for a few months so made this my home. Very quiet neighborhood, lots of food options, and easy access to highway. Home is great - studio apartment, part of a larger house. Private patio and we'll equipped kitchen. Dawn is very responsive and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 2, 2022The location was convenient to my son’s place but not too close to Atlanta to have to deal with the traffic. The rental was a perfect size for my needs. Kitchen was plenty big and the outside patio area was private and a great place to sit and read. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Stayed Jul 27, 2019The stay was a very pleasurable one. Everything that you would need is provide in a high quality items, fixtures and appliances. It was one of the best stays that I have ever experience. The owner's are extremely nice people and will not bother you if that is your choice. Overall I had a better experinece than was expected.

Stayed Aug 21, 2018We stayed at the English Cottage and loved every minute. Dawn is a wonderful host and thought of everything. It’s quiet, private and just right for a couple. Plenty of comfy places to curl up with a book and located near shopping and great walking paths.
