Stayed Jan 16, 2026Host very good.. had a problem with the hot water first night as we didn't have any and couldn't shower.. and the apartment is on a street where one of our nights people were screaming and shouting all night.. horrific nights sleep.. the apartment is cute and in a nice neighbourhood but it is a little tired and I wouldn't stay there again because of the noise and water issue.. but lovely host!

Stayed Nov 25, 2025Overall it is a charming home in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the Seine, Louvre, and exploring the Marais quarter. We were disappointed that the home’s bathtub jets were broken and the drain did not seal. The upstairs rooms are tiny and carpets’ were stained. The downstairs is a nice area to relax and enjoy and the kitchen and dining table are good for preparing meals and hanging out.

Stayed Sep 27, 2025We had a fabulous time in Paris! The apartment was lovely and in a perfect location, only wished we could have stayed longer. The stairs up to the apartment and spiral staircase in the apartment itself, could be challenging for young children or older adults but were manageable for us.

Stayed Sep 17, 2025The neighborhood was great. I am in extremely good shape physically and found the interior rounded open stairway to be dubious. When my husband brought the luggage down I could actually see the entire thing move - quite scary! We stayed upstairs and barely had space to navigate. (Elderly brother-in-law & wife stayed downstairs which was spacious and lovely). Baseboards chipped off upstairs in places. The only positive thing I can say about the sleeping conditions and “bathroom” was that it was quiet.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Good location and neat historic building but a water leak developed in the main bathroom. We had to put a pot on the bathroom floor to collect the discolored water dripping from the ceiling.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025The place was very special and offered room to roam around which was appreciated. Due to extremely hot conditions some rooms were uncomfortable for sleeping but we all made due. The street is quite busy but the courtyard side is more quiet to leave the windows open. Victoria was helpful and patient.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025The communication prior to our stay was wonderful and Victoria, the greeter who met us was so helpful in explaining all of the details of this unique space. Be sure you are aware that it is located on the second floor up an old, winding and crooked staircase (this is detailed in the listing and we were prepared for this). Be sure you pack accordingly because large suitcases are a challenge to get up and down the stairs. My daughters loved having their own space on the second floor (& so did we). The 2nd floor is challenging to access with the spiral staircase and the rooms are very small (this is as described in the listing so we were aware of this prior to booking and were not surprised). The “attic” bedroom is accessed by a ladder in one of the bedrooms & is not easy to access, but an older child would probably love it (we didn’t use it during our stay). The large original beams, high ceilings and large windows made the space bright and open and authentic. The area is full of shops and restaurants, & does not have many tourists staying in it, so you get an authentic Parisian experience (although it can be a little challenging if you don’t speak French, but we made it by). It’s also located within walking distance of several Metro stations and also the Sienne & even Notre Dame. This was our first stay in Paris and while we were away from many of the “tourist” areas, we loved being able to have a complete Parisian experience in this gorgeous apartment.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024Great to find a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath place in Paris. The upstairs rooms are small but work. Up a spiral staircase to the apartment and the upstairs bedroom which is tough. Location was great. Victoria was great and enabled us to get in early! Clean, efficient. Great library of tourism books. A couple of lamps need some upgrade but had great amenities! Thank you!

Stayed Jul 31, 2024We spent three nights at this wonderful apartment - spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults with luggage. Exceptionally clean with a nice kitchen and plenty of room to relax in the living and dining rooms. Great location - close to major attractions, we walked quite a bit and, for further destinations the metro was a short walk - also easy to hail a taxi or arrange for an uber. Our hosts were fantastic - responded quickly to messages and gave great recommendations on travel to / from airport and local restaurants. Our greeter Victoria was great and extremely helpful, both at arrival and departure. She allowed us to store our bags on our departure day as there was a gap between renters - extremely helpful and gave us additional time to explore the neighborhood. In all, a memorable experience and we would not hesitate to recommend to a friend and to stay again on our next trip to Paris!

Stayed May 31, 2024This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 5, including 3 teens. They all had their own bedroom upstairs which they loved : ) The apartment was clean and charming. The host was amazing and very communicative. We also loved the neighborhood! My only complaint is that we weren’t able to stay longer! Merci Mayra and Victoria! I hope to be back something and having been missing Paris every day since we left.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024We were very impressed with this place. 3 bedrooms plus a loft “bedroom” so our 3 teens each got their own room. One queen bed plus 4 twin beds total. Large bathroom with tub/shower downstairs and a 2nd small bathroom with just toilet/sink. Upstairs is bathroom with shower/toilet. Spacious living room and kitchen is small but well stocked. Fabulous location too, short walk to Metro. You do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs so not for folks with mobility problems.
