Charming coastal dog friendly apartment near the beach

Beautiful beach home within walking distance to the beach and the sound. Elevator was much appreciated in moving suitcases and coolers to upper levels. We booked this home the night before as our other booking fell through. Appreciated the owners getting us all the required info so quickly and working with us to get our tired toddler in a little earlier.

Peaceful, quiet area. Beautiful big porch with plenty of seating to look out over to the ocean. House was clean and easy to access.

Great location

The location was fine. The beds were aweful. The hall bedroom.. the mattress was bowed like a taco, think the bedframe was broken. The master bedroom… the mattress sunk in the middle and the Master bath shower curtains were moldy. Not convenient if you wanted to do laundry during your stay… wasn’t well informed where it was. Would not book here again!!

Great beach and area. The porch is wonderful and the home is very clean and comfortable. I booked this location to stay while working in the area. I missed that the booking is actually through a national rental company using VRBO to list, and was not a rental by owner. The owner was home, walked in to them at the dining table having dinner on arrival which was fine, just surprising and they directed me to our space. All communication goes through Vacasa who were not familiar with the home if questions. There is a shared washer/dryer but not one specifically for this rental as listed. Reservation can not be adjusted if wishing to add a night as usual when renting from an owner but a new reservation must be made and pay all booking fees added again. Nice space but not the same experience as renting from an owner who knows their space and values their guests overall experience.

This was a great property. One block off the beach. Incredible views, HUGE porch. Very easy to work with booking agent.

We stayed in the upper floor of No Regrets. It’s in a great location..easy walk to the beach. Loved the large deck. Home was comfortable, although an interior staircase to the first floor was steep and unblocked. Not suitable for young children. The master bedroom bed was soft and dipped in the center…would suggest it be replaced. Our family of four and little dog enjoyed a long weekend here.

we absolutely love this home, we would stay there again, but first the mattresses need to be replaced, and the sliding glass doors have to be fixed, if you have small children, elderly family, people with disabilities or injuries… Opening and closing those sliding glass doors is nearly impossible. And we basically spent the entire time on the back porch if we weren’t at the beach, so going in and out of the house was very difficult and we are fairly fit adults, it was a strenuous workout trying to open and close the sliding glass doors. Other than those two items we thoroughly enjoyed no regrets up!!

We loved this house. Very convenient to the beach and we had everything we needed for our stay.
