Great host and perfect location!

Great place!

This was a nice quaint room with character . We really enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants nearby and seeing the ocean from the patio.

Was very happy with the property. Hope to make it back there again.

Communication with the owner was good. The unit was clean upon arrival. The unit had plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker that also had a Keurig. Plenty of hot water too.

Perfect location and access to shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Nancy was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The space is perfect for a couple or small family and the location of the condo is in the midst of everything. You are steps away from the beach, shopping, coffee, drinks and dining.

Over all considering price it was very nice. We’ll probably be back

Very kind and responsive host! We had a great time and enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and beach access. Super easy to run up to grab something you forgot or for a bathroom stop. Condo could use a deep clean.

This was a great property for a weekend getaway. The beach access was great.

We had a great stay in your unit. The only downside was an early morning delivery for the Pizza place. The delivery driver was very loud outside the elevator as he was talking on his cell phone and unloading all the boxes outside the elevator in front of the unit. Other than that experience we had a wonderful time.

Once we arrived there was no reason to drive or leave. Everything we did or wanted to do was within walking distance. The perfect place to walk, ride bikes, 3 minute walk to the beach, and lots of pet friendly areas. The area was slow paced and quiet. We will definitely return.

Condo is in a great location with private beach access! There are restaurants nearby and stores without have to worry about driving. The condo balcony faces the beach in the sun so perfect for afternoon reading.

I was planning a trip to the Santa Rosa Beach/Grayton Beach area when a friend of mine texted this condo to me. She found it on Vrbo. The owner of this condo thought of all the little things that you wouldn't find in a hotel. Plus, to get that close to the beach for the price is a great deal. Really clean and has a kitchen. Would definitely stay here again and have no problem recommending to others.

My husband, son, my son’s fiancé and I were in town for the weekend to do wedding planning. This studio apartment was very convenient and centrally located and made for a comfortable home base for the weekend.

This place was amazing and a perfect fit for my wife and I. You simply cannot beat the location. You’re only a few steps away from the beautiful Gulf. The place was super clean and a breeze to enter and park. Would recommend 100%.

The place is small but comfortable The only problem is the trash truck comes at 6:30 in the morning it's a lot of noise

Enjoyed our stay so much, location was just a 5 min walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants and entertainment right outside your door. Always was able to find a close parking at the end of the night. I hope to stay there again if it’s available when we return next year for our summer vacation.

The condo was nice and was perfect for our trip. Nice location with shops and restaurants nearby and private beach access right across the street. I was pleasantly surprised that the condo was bigger than it looked in the pictures online. Would like to stay there again sometime.

We were blest with great weather so spent the time in the living room or out on balcony when we were not on the beach or eating out. Gulf place beach and restaurants get high marks. The couch was comfortable. The people going by were very entertaining. Nancy’s attention to detail is great, like lots of hooks in the bathroom. I brought suction cup hooks which worked well on the inner shower door to hang light weight wet stuff. Our stay was memorable.
