This elegant apartment (180m2) has a spacious living room with a lounge area and a dining area. The lounge area has two large comfortable sofas placed next to a coffee table facing a flat screen TV. The dining area has a glass table for eight and offers beautiful view to the terrace. The wall to wall window and the door to the terrace allows light to invade the living room. The glass table stands on elegant marble pillars. The sitting area has an elegant marble table with glass and two comfortable large sofas. The design is elegant, marble tile floors, beautiful and discreet framed graphic art, antique furniture. In this area you have a table ideal for a laptop in case you want to work during your stay.
The master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable bed (180x200cm), has large wardrobes, rattan drawers, mirror and lamps with shades. The fully equipped en suite bathroom has bathtub, double sink and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed (150x190cm) and a single bed (90x190cm), large wardrobes and has access to a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two single beds (2x105x190cm), nightstands, a mirror and offers access to the en suite bathroom equipped with a tub, double sink, walk-in shower and toilet.
The kitchen has all appliances (oven, microwave, vitro ceramic, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle) and accessories for a comfortable stay. There is also a laundry room equipped with washing machine and ironing board.

From the living room you have access to an incredible 75m2 terrace with beautiful views over the garden and pools. Here you have a large dining table for six and a lounge area with a large sofa, comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. Also, on the terrace you have a gas BBQ so that you can fully enjoy the time out with your family and friends. The two sun loungers make your time spent here even more agreeable.

White Pearl Beach is a remarkable gated development located at just two minutes walking to the beach (150m). Inside the neighborhood you'll find an oasis of tropical trees, palm trees and colorful Mediterranean flowers surrounding the pools placed in the middle of the development. There are three pools, one children safe and one heated during winter time so you'll fully enjoy your vacation even in the cold season. The neighborhood has 24h concierge and video surveillance and all entrances have security code with Interphone.
~ Beach
Playa de la Vibora is at 150m from the apartment. It's a small and clean beach, mostly frequented by families. It is covered in fine sand, the water is good and during summer the entire beach is daily cleaned both manually and mechanically. Right on the beach, in front of the neighborhood, you have Perla Blanca restaurant from where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. In the area you'll find famous Nikki Beach Club where they have world-class DJs and live musicians, the hottest parties and top-class entertainment.
~ Shopping/Restaurants
The nearest shop ist at 300m from the apartment and also here you have Elviria Restaurant and an ATM.In 600 meters (10-minute walk) you have Elviria shopping area, the biggest shopping center from Marbella East side. Here you can find two supermarkets (SuperSol and OpenCor), grocery shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, bars and restaurants. One of the biggest shopping mall in Costa del Sol is located at a 13min (12km) drive from White Pearl Beach. Here you'll find everything you need, from food to clothing or electro-domestic stores. In just 3km (5min drive) you have two local supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl that offer you food supplies, fresh fish, vegetables and fresh baked bread. Marbella city center is at just a 15 min drive and the old town is stuffed with cozy shops and cafeterias where i'm sure you'll have a good time. As for restaurants, right in front of White Pearl Beach, you have Perla Blanca restaurant and El Laurel (190m), where they serve both traditional and international cuisine.
~ Activities
There are lots of things for you to do and not having to go too far from White Pearl Beach. Within a 7 minutes drive (4km) you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It's a small but enchanting harbor with pretty port, with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and a large choice of restaurants. Golf lovers have Santa Maria Golf Club, one of the best looked after golf courses on the Costa del Sol, at just 1.4km. Of course, Marbella city center and old town are a must see and you reach Marbella center in just 15 min (16km). Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 20 minutes drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce Gabbana, and others.
Our two week stay in Marbella was picture perfect thanks to this amazing apartment. Spacious, clean and beautifully furnished, the apartment is just steps away from the complex pool and beach. The kitchen is modern, comes with Bosch appliances and has all the kitchen essentials needed. The laundry room off the kitchen offers cleaning tools and washer/dryer. We appreciated that beach towels were provided in addition to bath towels. We loved too that our car was safely parked in the garage. Check-in and check-out were simple and efficient and we loved that our property manger met us to give us a tour of the apartment and answer any questions upon arrival. We even got recommendations for places to visit and eat. My family and I were beyond comfortable here and enjoyed every bit of our time here. We will definitely stay here on our next Marbella vacation!
One of the most comfortable stays we've had thus far. Every time, Sunmarbella works perfectly, letting the customer enjoy their trip to the fullest. Although you might need a car because there is so much to do in the region, you will love being able to walk to at least 8 restaurants, 3 supermarkets, a pharmacy, and everything else you may need without using a car (supermarkets work till 22:00 and restaraunts typically longer).Check-in and check-out is quick and simple, and I highly recommend this property, this neighborhood, and this hosting company.

Hallo Sunmarbella Team, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem sehr grosszügen Apartment mit Terrasse verbracht. Die Küche war TOP eingerichtet und auch der Waschtrocker war - bei 2 Kids- sehr hilfreich. Das Apartment ist ruhig und zum Pool ausgerichtet. Einzig die Betten waren nicht mehr so bequem und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles im Allem hat alles prima geklappt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele Grüße Marion
We are quite satisfied with the whole service that has been provided. Everything has been quite good. Maybe, as a suggestion, I would provide more assurances for the booking process. Once the money has been paid months ahead of the apartment entrance, the tenant might want to be assured by some kind of a binding contract. It is true that idea makes sense for the first time. No for repeat business once your service has been experienced.
An excellent stay. Beautiful spacious apartment, plenty of towels & beach towels provided. Quiet pool area which was also kept incredibly clean everyday. We found our stay very comfortable & relaxing. We would definitely book again.
We had an amazing stay with our family with a baby and a toddler. All comfort in the appartement and great facilities around to have a good team. Communication and agreements with Sunmarbella were excellent! Which made our holiday and travelling very relaxed
The property is situated amongst lush, green, perfectly maintained gardens, a selection of swimming pools and a short walk to the beachfront. There are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets very close by also, which means (unless you want to travel further afield) it’s not necessary to rent a car. We found everything we needed by foot.The immaculate and spacious apartment was great for our family with a large terrace over looking the grounds. Plenty of towels and bedding were provided. (FYI- it is standard to find zero kitchen supplies, so I would advice to bring washing/dishwasher tablets & be prepared to get all the basics for preparing meals…etc)I would have preferred some sort of net barrier across the balcony edge to help protect our toddler from the drop, but have suggested this amendment to Dragos. Also, a small selection of beach toys would have also been nice, but were inexpensive from the local shops, so didn’t prove a problem.We made friends in the complex, loved the

The property is well located between Malaga and Marbella. It is a fairly large accomodations. Really appreciated the washer/dryer and kitchen. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Shirt walk to the beach. 2 pools at this property. One heated the other regular. Did I say lots of room?!!! BBQ grill, lounge chairs on a very spacious deck. There is underground parking, although we used it one night, it was a tight fit for our rental SUV. We chose to park on the quiet street. This property is a great location as a home base for day trips. Ronda/Córdoba/Granada/Gibraltar and Cadiz. Nice to come back to a house each night. Check-in/out was very simple (Ruben was at the property to meet us and explain everything.). He also met us at checkout to take the keys. I would highly recommend this property for your Costa del Sol vacation!
Yes! 5 stars. The 3 of us stayed at this location for a week. It was all we could ask for! Great location to explore Andalucía for a week. We had a rental car which really is a necessity. Parking is underground and was a bit tight to maneuver into (we just parked on the street.) Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The condo was very quiet, quite large and had a washer/dryer that was definitely needed for us. Grocery stores very close by as well. Plenty of room in this place!! Check-in/out was very simple as well. Highly recommend this location for your beach/Costa del Sol vacation!
